Physical training is applied to kindergarten this social group in the paper,through the data before and after physical training intervention analysis to verify the physical training in kindergarten teaching to carry out feasible,can improve the sample data,and the physical training refers to teaching in kindergartens,to carry out,make sports better promote national sport,provide theoretical and technical support for the development of social sports,so as to achieve the goal of improving the quality of the whole people.This study through the literature on the status of related concepts,research and analysis,expert interviews of experts in the field interviews,determine the research has practical value and the reference of the experts to develop measurement items and methods according to the national physique monitoring content,formulate the corresponding training method,and then the experiment method to choose 100 children aged 3-6 points as the experimental group and the control group,the experimental group for 8 weeks,weekly physical training intervention for two times,after the end of the experiment using mathematical statistics will be measured before the experiment data and experiment measurement data were analyzed,concluded and analyzed,finally the experimental process to provide suggestions for application in physical training in early childhood education.This article mainly has four parts.In the first part,the research status at home and abroad,from the aspects of physical training,children's physical training present situation and characteristics of children to understand;second object and method of research,the research object is 100 children,take the national physique monitoring standard measuring tool for laboratory measurement;the third part is the experimental data analysis,through the analysis of experimental group before and after the data,experimental group and the control group contrast analysis,correlation analysis.The fourth part for results and suggestions.This study found:(1)the P value of the 10 meter reentry run was less than 0.01,which was significantly different,the difference between the experimental group and the control group was significantly higher than that of the control group,(2)standing long jump before and after the experiment,the p value was less than 0.01,with significant difference,the difference in the experimental group than control group,intervention training exist significant influence.(3)the P value is less than 0.01,which is significantly different from the experimental group.The difference of the experimental group is higher than that of the control group,and there is a significant effect on the training intervention,(4)body anteflexion in sitting position before and after the experiment,the p value is greater than 0.05,has not significant differences,differences in the experimental group than control group,intervention training does not exist significant influence,(5)the P value of the balance beam is less than 0.01,which has significant difference,the difference between the experimental group and the control group is greater than that of the control group,(6)the P value is less than 0.01,which is significantly different from the two feet before and after the continuous jump.The difference between the experimental group and the control group is higher than that of the control group,(7)there is a positive correlation between the 10 meter return run and the balance beam,(8)10 m shuttle run and there was a positive correlation between the standing long jump,(9)10 m shuttle run and zuoweiti proneness is not related.The main suggestions are as follows:(1)as a result of children's cognitive ability and attention is low,the training should be based on the interest oriented(2)because of the characteristics of the physical development of children,the training method is as simple as possible to avoid the use of high-intensity strength training,(3)due to the uneven development of children,the training process should grasp the training intensity and time,always pay attention to observe each child's training in the emotional,attention,etc.,in order to control the training.(4)according to the statistics of the national physical fitness test,we should make the corresponding training tasks according to the children's scores,and then extend the application of the national physical fitness monitoring data to improve the ultimate goal of the national physical fitness,(5)physical training is an effective means to improve the physical quality,to strengthen the training of professional personnel training,physical training from competitive sports to social sports reference,help to enhance the national physique.
