Research On The Training Of Reserve Talents For Children's Gymnastics In Minhang District, Shanghai

Gymnastics as an important part of China's gold medal in the Olympic Games sports,at the same time is the most basic,the most comprehensive in many sports exercise to the body quality of one of the project.This article select Children'gymnastics club,Min-hang district of Shanghai as the research object,the first is children' gymnastics club,Min-hang district,Shanghai gymnastics association,Shanghai gymnastics administrative center designated pilot club,compared with other districts in Shanghai youth,gymnastics has priority club operation mode;Secondly,children' club Min-hang district has its own characteristic,takes the lead in implementing the "body combination of" special education mode of pilot club;Thirdly,Min-hang district,Shanghai children' gymnastics club is the only set up in the district key primary school of SJTU(real)of sports organizations,clubs and schools together promote the development of undertakings of Min-hang district gymnastics;Four children' gymnastics club,Min-hang district,since it was established in September 2005,great achievements have been made in gymnastics,take part in the gymnastics competition of gymnastics gold medalist amounting to more than 100 pieces,each year continued to one line,two line of Shanghai gymnastics team of excellent children' gymnastics young prospects,created scores of gymnastics club,society,parents,and so on various aspects in the field of recognition and affirmation,in 2015 was named the national children' gymnastics club.This paper adopted the method of documentation,expert interview method,field survey method,mathematical analysis,questionnaire investigation,case analysis,research methods,in combination with children' gymnastics club Min-hang district "combination" characteristic education mode,through to the development of children'gymnastics club,children' gymnastics club students learning situation,gymnastics training situation,the participation of gymnastics competition status and club management situation carries on the comprehensive analysis and exploration,the results showed that existing in the development of children' gymnastics club Min-hang district in the following questions: 1.The club hard enrollment,students transfers difficult and entrance difficult problem;2.The problem of parents to the prejudice of traditional gymnastics;3.The problem of children' gymnastics club gymnastics course content design;4.The problem of children' gymnastics club coaches comprehensive quality;5.The club gymnastics site planning and venue management problems;6.Children gymnastics club financing problems.In view of these problems,the following countermeasures are proposed: 1.To solve the problem of students' recruitment,transportation and difficulties,and to improve the quality of the service of the club;To enrich the contents of gymnastics and change the way of traditional sports gymnastics;Design gymnastics training course to improve students' interest in gymnastics;Improve the overall quality of gymnastics coaches and promote the development of club coaches.Improve the equipment for gymnastics training and improve the quality of gymnastics training;Expand the club's financialchannels and promote the steady development of the club.
