| To arouse people's cognition and understanding of flexibility quality,ROM is used as an indicator to improve flexibility quality,the foam shaft training is designed to intervene at different times before and after exercise,combined with experimental data for analysis and demonstration,to understand the foam shaft training on the basketball special boys' lower limb joint activities The impact of the degree provides scientific and flexible training methods for basketball participants.The literature data method,interview method,experiment method,and mathematical statistics method were used to study the effect of using foam shaft training on the lower limb joint ROM of basketball boys before and after exercise.The basketball boys of Zhengzhou University Sports College were selected as the experimental objects,and randomly selected As a pre-experiment object,8 boys performed an 8-week pre-experiment without foam axis intervention.After the end of the pre-experiment,an 8-week foam axis intervention experiment was organized,and the experiment was intervened 3 times a week for the same time as the basketball special class.The 30 participants participating in the experiment were randomly divided into the experimental group 1(10 people): Foam axis training in the preparation part of the lesson,experiment 2 groups(10 people): Foam axis training and control group at the end of the lesson(10 people): No foam axis intervention,subject content,intensity and The teaching teacher is the same;before and after the experiment,the hip straight knee flexion,knee flexion,posterior extension,abduction,adduction,external rotation,internal rotation ROM,knee flexion ROM,ankle dorsiflexion 2.Plantar ROM test.All data-type test results are expressed as "mean ± standard deviation"(?x±S),and the independent sample T test,paired sample T test and ANOVA are used for experimental data processing to analyze the different time foam axis training for basketball special boys The impact of lower extremity ROM.The results show that:(1)In the longitudinal comparison of the experimental group 1,the data of the subjects' hip hip forward flexion,forward knee flexion,posterior extension,adduction,knee flexion,ankle dorsiflexion,and plantar flexion showed very significant improvement(P<0.01);hip abduction and internal rotation data have a significant improvement(0.01<P≤0.05).Compared with the control group laterally,the data of the three groups of subjects were hip adduction,knee flexion,and ankle dorsiflexion(P<0.01),and the data of hip abduction and external rotation were significantly improved.(0.01<P≤0.05).(2)In the longitudinal comparison of the two groups,the data of the hip extension,external rotation,and internal rotation,and plantar flexion of the ankle joint of the subjects showed a very significant improvement(P<0.01);Abduction,adduction,and knee flexion data showed a significant increase(0.01<P≤0.05).Laterally compared with the control group,the data of the two groups of hip rotation and knee flexion were significantly improved(P<0.01),the hip flexion and adduction of the knee,and the ankle dorsiflexion were significant.Increase(0.01<P≤0.05).(3)In the lateral comparison between the experimental group 1 and the experimental group 2,the external rotation of the hip joint showed a very significant difference(P<0.01).There was no significant change in other data,but the straight knees of the experimental 2 group were forward flexion,extension,and abduction,External rotation,internal rotation,knee flexion,ankle joint dorsiflexion ROM average growth value is greater than the experimental group 1.By analyzing the data obtained,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)The 8-week foam shaft training has a certain positive significance for the improvement of the ROM of the lower limbs of college basketball special boys,especially the improvement of the ROM in the direction of the hip extension and the ankle joint plantar flexion.(2)The use of foam axis training before or after exercise can improve the ROM of the lower extremities to different degrees,improve the stretchability of the soft tissues around the joints of the lower extremities,and improve the flexibility of the lower extremities.(3)Foam axis training after exercise is more effective in improving the hip ROM of the lower limbs of basketball boys in colleges and universities. |
