Abstract/Summary:
With the development of national industrial informatization,there is a growing demand for people with complex technical skills,but the shortage of talents has become an important factor hindering the development of national economy.In order to alleviate the problem of talent shortage,the State Council issued the Implementation Plan of the National Vocational Education Reform in 2019,which pointed out that the education structure should be optimized to improve the development level of secondary vocational education,and the pilot work of the "1+X" certificate system should be launched in vocational colleges to encourage students to actively obtain various types of vocational skill certificates while obtaining academic certificates,so as to expand employment and entrepreneurship skills and alleviate the structural employment contradiction.The Fourteenth Five-Year Plan proposes to enhance the adaptability of vocational education,highlight the characteristics of vocational education types,improve the national standards of vocational education,carry out the "diploma certificate + vocational skill grade certificate",deepen the integration of vocational education,and realize the two-way recognition and vertical flow of vocational and technical education and general education.The lack of tourist guide service talent has become a key problem hindering the development of tourism industry,"Tour Guide Practice" is the core course of tourism major in secondary vocational schools,As the core teaching module of " Tour Guide Practice",in-school practice teaching plays an irreplaceable role in the training of tourist guide service talents.In this paper,the tourism industry guide service personnel training as the actual demand,the existing research results are analyzed and summarized,fully understand the current "1+X" certificate system and the development trend of practical teaching in the school.On this basis,the tourism major in secondary vocational schools to carry out empirical investigation,obtain the primary information about the current situation of the school practice teaching module "Tour Guide Practice",and analyze the problems existing in the school practice teaching module.Through investigation,it is found that under the background of "1+X" certificate system,the teaching content of the campus practical teaching module of "Tour Guide Practice" is still single,and the degree of connection with "X" certificate is not enough;the campus practice teaching base construction is not perfect,the utilization rate is low;the school practice class hours are compressed and the proportion of class hours is not balanced;the construction of double-qualified teachers is weak and the fluidity of teachers is large;the school practice teaching mode lags behind,unable to meet the requirements of "1+X" certificate system and many other problems,resulting in the failure to improve students’ professional practice ability,it is difficult to help students to obtain various types of vocational skill level certificates.In order to improve the problems existing in the in-school practical teaching module of "Tour Guide Practice" in secondary vocational schools,the new requirements of "1+X" certificate system for the in-school practical teaching module of "Tour Guide Practice" are expounded in combination with the vocational skill standards of "X" certificate.On the basis of the new requirements,the "X" certificate and secondary vocational "Tour Guide Practice" in-school practical teaching module is fully analyzed,and the relationship between "X" certificate and "Tour Guide Practice" in-school practical teaching module is clearly defined,and puts forward a scheme for the integration of practical teaching objectives and vocational skills standards of "X" certificate,the integration of practical teaching content and training content of "X" certificate,and the integration of practical teaching evaluation and examination standards of "X" certificate,which lays a foundation for the implementation of practical teaching activities of "Tour Guide Practice" in school.In addition,in order to fully as the certificate of "X" and secondary vocational "Tour Guide Practice" in-school practical teaching module of the fusion to carry out the practice teaching in the school activities,respectively from the cognitive level and the implementation level,this paper puts forward suggestions on the optimization of the in-school practical teaching module of "Tour Guide Practice" in secondary vocational schools under the "1+X" certificate system,to improve the problems existing in the in-school practical teaching module of "tour guide practice" in secondary vocational schools,enhance students’ professional practice ability,and help students successfully obtain vocational skill level certificates.
