| Study tours are an important way for schools to improve the quality of education and achieve comprehensive education in a new era.As a "walking classroom",study tours are responsible for promoting the national strategy of "educating people through moral education".In recent years,the needs of secondary vocational education have become increasingly important.Secondary vocational education aims to train high-quality workers for specific jobs,emphasising practical skills and the need to have good vocational skills and professionalism in order to meet the needs of modern society and enterprises for talents.With its highly practical and experiential nature,the Simulated Tour Guide Course can be combined with study trips and is a useful complement to practical teaching at secondary level.This paper firstly analyses the current situation of teaching and learning in the Simulated Tour Guide Course using questionnaires and interviews,and sorts out the problems of teaching Simulated Tour Guide Course.Secondly,the feasibility of conducting research and study in the Simulated Tour Guide Course is analysed and demonstrated in three aspects: the realistic needs of middle-level students,the educational environment conditions that support and guarantee research and study,and the suitability of the course itself for research and study.Once again,a system of study and research practice for the Simulated Tour Guide Course is constructed.This includes the basic paradigm of the study practice of the Simulated Tour Guide Course from the perspective of embodied learning,which is explained in terms of both theoretical core and external environment;the five basic links of the study practice of the Simulated Tour Guide Course: clarifying the theme of study,formulating study objectives,selecting study resources,determining study contents and designing evaluation schemes;and the three major guarantee systems of the study practice: operation system,safety guarantee system and evaluation of results.The three major guarantee systems for research practice: operation system,safety guarantee system and result evaluation system.Finally,with the theme of "Exploring Peach Blossom Source and Refining Tour Guide Skills",a specific and operable study tour practice programme is designed to enhance the vocational ability and professionalism of secondary tourism specialty.The study tour will complement the existing practical teaching of the course,realise the vocational education concept of "learning by doing and practising in learning",and implement the fundamental task of establishing moral education in the study tour.The study shows that it is feasible to carry out research and study practice for the Simulated Tour Guide Course,with strong support from national policies and educational environment conditions.Research practice in the Simulated Tour Guide Course should include five major components: defining the research theme,formulating research objectives,selecting research resources,determining research content and designing an evaluation plan.The study practice creates conditions and opportunities for students to visit the site and learn about the attractions,which can effectively enhance the practical ability and comprehensive quality of secondary vocational tourism students. |
