| Looking back on the policy trend since the suspension of school merger,with the acceleration of urbanization and the change of rural structure,the fate of rural small-scale schools is not disappearing,but showing a trend of increasing within the foreseeable range.On this basis,they seek for the development of "small but beautiful,small but excellent".However,due to the insufficient understanding of the value and function of small schools by some education decision-makers,rural school administrators and other stakeholders,the current development situation of small rural schools is not optimistic,which affects the improvement of the quality of small rural schools.Therefore,by studying the changes of school functions in different periods,it is of great practical significance to sort out the influencing factors and guarantee conditions of rural small-scale functions,so as to make rural small-scale schools play their due values and functions in educating people and promoting rural development in the new era.In view of this,the author through to the shandong province rural small schools develop academic discussion and experience exchange ",after reading the schools on the basis of the school development data provided,the teacher led to has carried on the field investigation and study in the school,after many discussions chose zichuan Zhai Li town of butte school as a case study.In this paper,qualitative research method is adopted,and relevant data are collected from the instrumental case--Gushan School.By sorting out and analyzing the obtained data,the basic framework of the research is determined,which lays a solid foundation for later research.On the whole,through the explanation of the supposed functions of rural small-scale schools,the current functional demands of rural small-scale schools are clarified,and on this basis,the functional changes of Gushan schools are analyzed.The author put the isolated hill school in different periods of prominent functions as a key to this paper,due to the education function and some derived function runs through them,but different forms in different periods,therefore,this article will isolated hill school function transformation process is divided into eight stages,in order to better show the dominant function of isolated hill school in different periods: Opening up new education and spreading new ideas(1915-1936);Putting knowledge first and strengthening patriotic education(1937-1948);The combination of formal educational activities and educational production(1949-1965);Mainly political activities,and weak cultural education(1966-1976);Standardizing Education and Strengthening the Concept of Scientific Labor(1977-1985);Strengthening the scientific play of the educational function of schools and promoting the steady improvement of the quality of education(1986-2000);Emphasis on economies of scale,weakening the cultural transmission and integration force(2001-2007);Derivative functions continue to be derived,giving new rural responsibilities(2008 to present).Based on the overview of Gushan school function change process,this paper further analyzes the factors affecting the function change of rural small-scale schools in multiple dimensions.It includes three parts: the interaction of politics,culture and policy in different periods affects the positioning of school functions;the ability of school governance affects the exertion of school functions;and the multi-factor demands of students,families and rural areas affect the adjustment of school functions.Finally,based on the above analysis,this paper finally draws the choice of path to realize the function of rural small schools:optimizing the policy orientation of the development of rural small schools;Establishing a high-quality development mechanism for rural small-scale schools;Establish a benign interaction mechanism between village and school;Innovate the internal governance mode of rural small-scale schools.In a real sense,it can help rural small-scale schools to better seek their own development and radiate rural society. |
