According to the report of the 19th National Congress,national fitness has been elevated to a national strategy,and social sports has become an important area of fitness and leisure involving 1.3 billion people.The contradiction between the increasing diversified sports demand of the people and the serious shortage of sports supply has become the key contradiction that needs to be solved urgently in social sports.The human resources of social sports,which is the end of the mass sports[2]service supply chain,plays an important guiding role in the government sports public service,the non-profit service of social sports organizations and the commercial sports service in the mass sports market.The quality and quantity of human resources for social sports become the main basis for the supply of social sports services.In view of this,this study relies on theories such as supply-side structural reform,uses expert interview method,mathematical statistics and other methods to explore the root causes of structural imbalance between supply and demand of social sports human resources in Yunnan Province,applies Internet thinking and sharing economy theory under the vision of smart city,draws on the experience of other industries in using the results of new information technology in sharing platform,and explores the theoretical ideas of social sports human resources sharing platform in Yunnan Province and Theoretical ideas and practical paths of social sports human resources sharing platform in Yunnan Province are discussed.The purpose of this research is to improve the quality of social sports service by alleviating the oversupply of social sports human resources in Yunnan province.This research is divided into six steps.First of all,the construction theory of human resource platform for national fitness service is sorted out.Next,the present situation of human resources supply and demand of national fitness service in Yunnan Province was analyzed.On this basis,combined with the statistical data,discussed the necessity of the construction of the platform.After that,studied the feasibility of the platform construction.Then conceived the theoretical part of the content development of the platform.Lastly,the countermeasures for the operation of a human resource platform of national fitness service are sorted out.To conclude,this research found out the rapid development of social sports in Yunnan Province has led to a huge gap in the demand for related human resources.It is impossible only to adjust the relevant specialty settings and personnel training objectives in Yunnan Province to fundamentally solve this.Under the background of intelligent city,introduce the concept of human resources sharing,relying on Internet information technology means,design construction of social sports human resources sharing platform,break the barrier of the inherent in the human resources,let the human resource flow,implementation of flexible obtain employment,the formation of social sports service requirements of ecological organization,to break through the dilemma between supply and demand of human resources social sports.
