Company H is an enterprise focusing on student education and training.After years of development,it has gradually developed from a traditional offline education form to a combination of online and offline.In order to better serve customers,the H company has developed hundreds of systems to support a huge business system.With the fierce development of online education nowadays,the complexity of the project has risen sharply,many resources are wasted in this process.There are many problems during development and deployment,such as the actual effect does not match the requirements,the deployment of the project was delayed,system operation instability and other problems emerge endlessly.In addition,some of the projects developed in the early years due to the technical strength,software architecture,implementation and other factors can no longer be stably to support the current enterprise business,the project requires refactoring development and the service could not stop,this paper studies the risk management of software project reconstruction and development in this context.This paper takes the reconstruction and development of a large-scale server project with an average daily request of 500 million times as an example to discuss the practical application of project risk management in H company.This paper refers to domestic and foreign research on project management,software development,international quality standards,etc,using work structure decomposition method,fishbone diagram analysis method and brainstorming method to identify possible risks in the refactoring process of H company’s server project openapi.Through the analysis,there has six major risks of time risk,demand risk,management risk,test risk,human risk and technical risk in the six stages of project planning,demand analysis,project development,project testing,project launch and project maintenance.Then use the risk grade matrix analysis method to carry out qualitative and quantitative analysis of the identified risks,formulate the risk impact score and grade evaluation matrix of each risk factor,and establish the probability of occurrence and impact degree of each risk H company server project openapi reconstructs the risk matrix developed,and divides these risks into three levels of high,medium and low according to their severity.Finally,based on the results of project risk identification and analysis,this paper establishes a response strategy for each risk factor,which is added to the development specification of the project to avoid similar risk problems in the development of other projects in the future.Through the risk management research on the reconstruction and development of H company’s large-scale server-side project,we have accumulated risk management experience for the development and reconstruction of H company’s software project,and provided a strong guarantee for the smooth implementation of other projects.
