| The report of the Party’s 20 National Congress put forward clear requirements for the network power and digital power.The development of the industry must first focus on the center and serve the overall situation.All industries have put forward new goals and new deployment for the network and digital construction in the general trend of the development of the Internet.With the support of national policy,the rapid development of Chinese network and digital industry,all industries are affected by informatization.As a vocational school specializing in software development,X Vocational College is not willing to lag behind in the construction of information campus.Combined with its own advantages in running schools,the school will further improve and optimize the original information campus system,so as to build a more scientific and reasonable information management system for the school and provide digital decision-making guarantee for the overall improvement of the school’s level of running schools.This paper takes the software development project of campus informatization construction of X Vocational College as the research object to analyze the quality management problems and improvement strategies of the software project.The software project involves several subsystems,such as educational administration management system,enrollment and employment management system,and student and worker management system.Each subsystem corresponds to different types of administrative departments.The system is developed successively according to the urgency of school tasks.There are many departments that need to be coordinated in the development,so the system should not only consider the different and personalized needs of the department business,but also consider the overlapping points of the business.Schools have high requirements on the confidentiality of students’ and teachers’ personal information data,and some departments involve school financial data,so the overall quality of the software is high.As a vocational school itself,the real software project development is a good opportunity for students to practice and practice training,so for the project management team,how to ensure the quality of software products while driving students’ practice and practice training is also a certain challenge.In the first phase of the project,the project manager hired for the first time was weak in quality awareness and lacked team development experience,which led to many quality problems in the software developed in the first phase of the project.By referring to and learning advanced theories of software project development management and software quality management at home and abroad,the author analyzes and solves related problems in project quality management of X Vocational College.This paper first introduces the background and significance of the project research,finds out the key factors affecting the software quality through the study and analysis of domestic and foreign literature,puts forward the research purpose,and finds out the methods and ideas.Secondly,according to the analysis of literature,I will learn and understand the life cycle of software projects,the principles of software project management,the standards and methods of quality management and other relevant theories and methods,so as to lay a foundation for solving the problems of quality management in the future.Then it introduces the general situation of X Vocational College and its company as well as the relevant situation of the whole project.According to the characteristics of the software project life cycle and the principles of the organization and management of the software project,combined with the quality evaluation system,it analyzes,designs and formulates the quality management scheme from the three stages of project preparation,implementation and closure.Finally,the effectiveness of the scheme after implementation is proved by comparing the effect of the two phases. |
