Abstract/Summary:
With the continuous development of network and information technology,informationization management has been deeply involved in the daily work and the applications are becoming wider and wider.In recent years,the development of information technology has played a positive role in promoting the reform and innovation of education.Vocational colleges pay more and more attention to the development and application of education software.In order to implement fine management and strengthen digital governance,it is necessary for schools to design an efficient and practical education software.Due to the great demand for software,the research staff must optimize the design on the functional requirements of software,interface presentation and convenience of operation,etc.from the users’ perspective.Because of the high risk of software development,it is particularly important to correctly identify and solve the risks in the process of software development,to identify and evaluate the risks of the project from the level of prevention and control.This paper focuses on the graduation project management system development of M College.Relevant theories of project managementhas been used in the paper,and the paper also analyzes its risk management by combining the characteristics and actual situation of education software.First,the brainstorm method is used to identify the risks of g graduation project management system development and form an initial list.Then the Delphi method is used to further filter the initial list,and the final risk factors are determined by the possibility and effect of the risks.In addition,the risk evaluation index system of graduation project management system development of M College is constructed,which is divided into 5 first-level indicators and 18 second-level indicators.Among them,the first-level index is composed of demand analysis risk,system design risk,system test risk,team management risk and project management risk.Second,the risk evaluation model of graduation project management system development of M College is constructed by the method of combining the sequential relation analysis method and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method.The importance of each risk factor in the process of system development is ranked by the sequential relation analysis method,and then the weight of each index is calculated.Then the weight vector and fuzzy evaluation matrix are synthesized by the weighted average model.The risk level of graduation project management system development of M College is “general risk”.Finally,reasonable risk response measures should be formulated according to the risk evaluation results,and risk supervision and tracking should be strengthened to achieve effective management of project risks.The main purpose of the paper is to avoid and reduce the risk of project development,and to ensure the smooth implementation of the project by the risk identification,risk evaluation,risk response and risk monitoring of graduation project management system development of M College.
