Risk And Management Research In Employment Project Of Qinghai Mobile Communications Corporation

Economic globalization and the development of information technology with its high speed do not only create numerous opportunities for enterprises in the 21 st century, but also take some risks to them,such as high public risk,business uncertainty and economic crisis. Risk management has played a more and more significant role in the survival, development and profit-making for contemporary enterprise.This article attempts to analyzes the uncertainty and its characteristics of risk management in the project with qualitative and quantitative methods, based on theoretical knowledge of project risk management. The article conduct its research by the case of Qinghai Mobile Corporation employment law.It explains the present situation of the case by the analysis from three aspects of scope, management and legal risks. And a certain number of suggestion have been given out to prevent project risk and avoid the failure of the project.
