| During the recent boom of Internet education enterprises,to maintain competitiveness,the educational enterprises need to refine their product models and launch highly competitive products in line with their enterprise positioning.The instruction mode is one of the core elements of educational products,which has evolved from traditional offline face-to-face pattern to online instruction,and then to the double-teacher instruction mode in recent years.Double-teacher instruction,as a newly-emerged pedagogical pattern of Internet education,is still in its infancy.However,the mode has impressive business models and teaching effect.But there are still some problems.This paper starts from the problem to solve the imperfections in the current dual teacher teaching.Revolving around the double-teacher instruction mode of the author’s enterprise,this paper probes into the status quo of the teaching mode and sheds light on its current problems.Questionnaire survey method,literature method and quantitative analysis method are used to analyze the problems existing in double-teacher teaching.On that basis,this paper proposes solutions to optimize the effect of the new mode,enhance product competitiveness,and provide a good example for the enterprise to follow suit.The new instruction mode hasn’t formed a systematic flow.Compared with teaching methods like offline instruction,online streaming,and on-demand instruction,theoretically this mode has advantages in students’ sense of presence and teacher-student interactions,which shares similarities with the offline instruction mode.Moreover,the mode makes teacher resources more accessible,thus improving the utilization rate of teacher resources,which makes it close to online instruction.Nonetheless,due to short-term operation,the double-teacher instruction mode is not yet fully fledged.The role of the assistant tutor in this mode is not clarified,and the course flow is yet to be standardized;Internet technology is applied in double-teacher courses,but coupling the technology with the mode still requires more technical supports.Standardized instruction flows of the lecturer and tutor should be formulated to clarify their roles,and Internet technology should be fully developed to improve class efficiency,optimize students’ experience in class and thus improve the learning effect.From the analysis of our questionnaire results,we can see that the measures taken have achieved certain effects.The comprehensive perfection of the mode can considerably strengthen the competitiveness of this new Internet education pattern,which will provide enterprises with more diversified and better choices in business competition. |
