On The Analysis And Use Of State-Owned Assets Data In Colleges And Universities

The state-owned assets in colleges and universities are important for their survival and development.They are indispensable material conditions to ensure the smooth operation of teaching activities and scientific research.Along with the deepening of digital campus,paperless office has been realized and assets management information system has been widely used,which accumulated massive amounts of assets data.These data reveal not only the characteristics of assets,but also the development trend and pattern of colleges and universities.However,the assets data utilization rate is not high.The huge amounts of data in the database have huge potential and deserve our attention.For assets management staff,it is the most basic requirement to know the occupation,use and change of state-owned assets comprehensively,dynamically and accurately.They should also make scientific analysis,management and application of relevant data involved in assets management by using advanced data analysis technology,so as to continuously improve the level of assets management,namely,to improve the efficient use of assets and achieve high quality of connotative development on the condition that the safety and integrity of state-owned assets is ensured.Taking the pain points in the analysis and use of state-owned assets data in colleges and universities as a starting point,this paper first introduces the application and management of state-owned assets data in colleges and universities and provided some cases.Secondly,this paper mainly studies the needs of analysis and use of state-owned assets data in colleges and universities,including the asset inventory data analysis,general asset allocation situation analysis,asset life warning,asset hot topic analysis,data sharing and collaboration within a university and among different universities and with competent department,as well as asset management performance appraisal and comprehensive report.Thirdly,this paper puts forward a preliminary optimization scheme according to the application and management requirements of state-owned assets data in colleges and universities.The last part is the summary and prospect.This paper mainly studies the demands of the application and management of state-owned assets data in colleges and universities through in-depth analysis on the status quo of assets data,and comes up with some preliminary thoughts and ideas.Hope this paper could have a guiding and reference value in order to bring into play the value of state-owned assets.
