Research On The Cultivation Of University Students’ Working Spirit In The New Era

Socialism can be achieved by doing,and the great achievements of building socialism with Chinese characteristics cannot be achieved without the hard work of the people.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has emphasized on many occasions that the whole society should vigorously promote the spirit of work and encourage the broad masses to strive to become strivers in the new era.As the successors of socialism with Chinese characteristics,college students shoulder the mission of realizing the prosperity of the country and the rejuvenation of the nation.Their working spirit directly affects the future and destiny of the country.Therefore,the cultivation of the labor spirit of college students in the new era is not only related to the all-round development of college students,but also related to the smooth realization of the Chinese dream of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In this paper,by adopting the combination of theoretical research and empirical research method,based on the study of experts and scholars at home and abroad of new era college students work spirit fosters elaborates the basic concept,basis and significance,through the network questionnaire,understand the different degree,different students,different political landscape college students work spirit fosters the status quo,through data analysis,found that the new era of college students are the major issues of labor labor spirit fosters cognitive wrong attitude is not correct,labor,labor habit to get into,the working atmosphere is not strong enough,and so on.The main reasons for these problems lie in the students’ weak awareness of self-cultivation,the lack of family labor education,the unsound school cultivation mechanism and the negative influence of social environment.Spirit fosters new era college students labor,should insist on the combination of traditional and modern,adhere to the combination of universality and particularity,insist on the combination of the basic principles,such as the combination of theoretical and practical emotions surrounding arouse advocating labor,respect for labor,sets up the hard work and frugal life attitude,cultivate honestly,dedicated quality,practice hard struggle,innovation,operations such as the main content,clear four cultivation path,That is to improve the ability of self-cultivation of college students’ labor spirit,give play to the basic role of family in the cultivation of labor spirit,strengthen the main role of school in the cultivation of labor spirit,and optimize the guarantee role of society in the cultivation of labor spirit.
