Research On Cultivation Of Craftsman Spirit Of College Students

The fine traditional Chinese culture has a long history and is extensive and profound.The spirit of hard work,diligence and study contained in it is an important source of the spirit of craftsmanship in contemporary China.At present,the rapid development of Chinese new industries and high-end manufacturing industry faces many technical difficulties,and scientific and technological innovation also faces many reform problems,which need to be supported by a large number of excellent advanced workers.The innovative thinking and fighting spirit contained in the spirit of craftsman are the important and valuable qualities unique to workers in the new era.In the labor group,college students are an important talent reserve for scientific and technological innovation,so it is very important to enhance their craftsman spirit consciousness.To strengthen the guidance and support of scientific and technological innovation,we should vigorously develop the spirit of craftsman in college students,and train high quality scientific and technological talents to drive reform and innovation in scientific fields.Therefore,our country must unswervingly promote the cultivation of students’ craftsman spirit,help them firm their ideals and beliefs,and smoothly become craftsman talents of national construction.Taking college students as the research object,this paper adopts three research methods: literature analysis,questionnaire survey and logic and history unification.On the basis of elaborating the basic connotation,theoretical basis and reference of the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit,explores the cultivation value contained in it,and points out the existing problems and causes in the cultivation process combined with the rapidly changing times and social background.Through summarizing and analyzing a large number of data and materials,the paper puts forward the path and new channel of cultivating college students’ craftsman spirit.The paper is divided into four parts.The first part firstly introduces the purpose and significance of the topic and points out the importance of carrying out this research.Then,by enumerating the relevant viewpoints of domestic and foreign research,the opinions of different experts and scholars at home and abroad are sorted out,which has important reference significance for the development of the research.The second part summarizes the craftsman,the craftsman spirit,the craftsman spirit of college students and the relevant connotation of their cultivation,and combs the relevant overview of the Marxist view of labor and the comprehensive development theory,and expounds the theoretical basis and reference of the research basis based on the relevant remarks of national leaders.In addition,in the value implication of the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit,it lists the important significance for the country,society,universities and individuals.The third part,by analyzing statistical survey data and consulting relevant materials,explains the good status quo of the cultivation of college students’ craftsman spirit,summarizes some practical problems that need to be solved,and analyzes the reasons for these problems one by one,which provides practical basis for proposing feasible cultivation countermeasures and paths.The fourth part,according to the problems and causes mentioned above,puts forward the countermeasures to solve the problems.These countermeasures mainly focus on the cultivation concept of innovative craftsman spirit in colleges and universities,creating a strong social cultivation atmosphere,building a strong system guarantee for cultivation,and promoting the enhancement of college students’ selfcultivation consciousness.
