In recent years,China’s training industry has been rapidly developed,and the sports training industry has also been promoted as a whole.Changsha,as the provincial capital of Hunan,is also one of the ten cities with the fastest competitiveness in the world.The development of sports industry has strong competitiveness in location,human resources,scientific and technological foundation,demand conditions and government policies.However,in the training market,the entry threshold is low,the market innovation vitality is insufficient and so on,which makes the long-term development of Changsha sports training industry encounter many obstacles.In order to understand the present situation of table tennis training market in Changsha,this paper studies the table tennis training market in Changsha At present,the paper discusses the comprehensive performance of "market structure,market behavior and market performance" of table tennis training market in Changsha,and promotes the overall level of table tennis training market in Changsha.Through the analysis of table tennis training market in Changsha by literature,questionnaire,interview,field investigation,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,the results show that:(1)In terms of market structure,the table tennis training market in Changsha is dominated by small and medium-sized enterprises and belongs to the middle and low concentration oligopoly market.The difference barrier is not obvious,the market generally has certain entry barrier and exit barrier.(2)In terms of market behaviour,each training institution sets up different price strategies according to the target market,implements product strategies based on teachers’ strength,competition channels and tennis peripheral products,with the help of network technology and innovative curriculum systems.Merger behavior is less,marketing attention is not high,organizational system is not complete.(3)In terms of market performance,due to the epidemic situation and the nature of the industry,the profitability of table tennis training institutions is average,and only half of the clubs surveyed are in a profitable state.Technological progress is mainly concentrated in the old famous table tennis club,the club talent output rate is low.In this regard,the following suggestions are put forward: first,we should control the market environment,grasp market policy opportunities,actively obtain policy information,optimize resource allocation,and improve core competitiveness;second,we should expand the scale of development,actively develop cooperation between schools and enterprises,strengthen product innovation and meet the individual needs of students;third,we should attach importance to marketing strategies,enrich propaganda means,perfect internal organizational structure and clarify division of responsibilities;fourth,we should broaden profit channels,expand business scope,attach importance to technological progress and improve talent generation rate.
