| With the rapid development of the Internet and e-commerce,the call service industry has also been very popular.In order to meet the needs of human resources market of customer service and standardize the training of the Customer Information Service of Professional,the Ministry of Education added "Customer Information Service"to the professional directory of secondary vocational schools in March 2010,laying a foundation for the training of customer information service professionals.At present,the cultivation of professional talents in customer information service is still at the stage of exploration in China.There are not so many secondary vocational schools setting up the customer information service major that the researches on the cultivation of professional talents in customer information service are very little,which is bad for secondary vocational schools to cultivate skilled customer information service professionals.As for professional personnel training in secondary vocational schools,specific-job training plays an important part in education practice teaching,and it can provide a mode of talent training that makes schools and enterprises have no transitional period.What’s more,specific-job training is an effective means of improving students’ vocational skills and comprehensive quality.As for secondary vocational schools,specific-job training makes it possible to make curriculum reforms,since it can cultivate more professional talents that are in line with the market demand.Specific-job training is crucially important for the customer information service major since it attaches importance to practice.However,according to the survey,students don’t put their hearts into their jobs in the internship.A large number of studies at home and abroad have proved that job involvement has a significant effect on job performance.Some scholars in China have studied the problem of on-campus specific-job training and most of the researches are macro investigations such as national policies,schools,enterprises and students.However,there are hardly any researches on the influencing factors during the internship process from the perspective of students’work investment.Therefore,it is significant to carry out empirical researches on the influencing factors during the internship process from the perspective of students’work involvement.First of all,we interviewed director,teacher and student.Then we organized the interview data and coding through NVivo12 software,so that we can have a general knowledge of the influencing factors about students’ job involvement.After that,combining with the characteristics of students’ specific-job training,we established a specific-job training influence factor model based on job characteristics model,job-person fit model and job demand-resource model.Second,we took students of Changsha Information and Technology School as an example.We made a questionnaire on "what’s the influencing factors about students’ job involvement for students of the customer information service major".It aimed at understanding and analyzing students’demographic variables,job involvement degree(energy,focus and dedication)and the influencing factors of job involvement(personal factors and organizational factors).The results showed that the students’ job involvement was at a medium level in specific-job training.Students’ work engagement was affected by the type of project the student is currently engaged in.While Gender,Age,Position,whether the student is a class leader,Study ranking and Experience had no significant influence on student’s work involvement.As for organizational factors,leadership support and working environment had a significant influence on work engagement.And the professional identity and self-efficacy had a significant influence on work engagement in personal factors.Finally,based on the analysis of the results,this study put forward strategies to improve students’work involvement from three aspects:improving students’ internship working environment,enhancing students’ professional identity,and improving students’self-efficacy.Through the study on job involvement and its influencing factors in specific-job training for students of the customer information service major,secondary vocational schools find it helpful to cultivate skilled talents with high comprehensive quality and strong practical ability.What’s more,this study provides references for the cultivation of professional talents in customer information service,which has important guiding significance and practical significance. |
