In China’s vocational education,internship is a major form of students’ social practice.Secondary vocational schools provide a large number of professional talents for the society every year,and become an important part of China’s vocational education as well as higher vocational education.However,the internship of secondary vocational school students has not been carried out for a long time in China,and many links are in constant exploration.At the same time,affected by the "2.5+0.5" talent training mode reform of secondary vocational schools,the current internship management of secondary vocational schools can not keep up with the requirements of the reform.In such an environment,this paper took X School of Zhongshan City as an example to conduct a questionnaire survey on the graphic design major students of the school in 2017.While understanding the basic situation of the internship management of the graphic design major students of the school,problems were found and corresponding countermeasures were found.This survey is divided into four parts.The first part is the basic information of the individual,the second part is the internship situation,the third part is the students’ cognition and attitude towards the internship,and the fourth part is the management situation of the internship at each stage.The four dimensions of internship management were determined:planning,organization,regulation and evaluation.The survey found that the school paid more attention to the internship mobilization and career planning and guidance of students majoring in graphic design,but paid no attention to the pre-job training and enterprise publicity meetings.Some students perform poorly in the aspects of the purpose and task of the internship and the assessment method of the internship.In the aspect of organization and management,students have a high evaluation on the hardware facilities,but they have a low evaluation on the degree of learning and application and professional skills training.In terms of internship management,I mainly rely on WeChat,QQ or email to contact with the school.In the aspect of evaluation management,the way of taking the school as the main body of evaluation is relatively high.In terms of management effect,students majoring in graphic design have significantly improved their practical operation ability and interpersonal communication ability in the dimension of ability improvement.However,there are still deficiencies in professional skills,work adaptability and teamwork ability,and students think the improvement effect is not obvious.In addition,according to the results of the questionnaire analysis,it points out the problems existing in the management of the graphic design major students in the case school.And from the government,schools,enterprises and students and other aspects of the analysis of the cause of the problem;Based on the perspectives of government,school,enterprise and students,this paper puts forward the countermeasures of student internship management with post.This study basically covers the perspectives of the government,schools,enterprises and students themselves,providing some reference for the current reform of talent training mode in secondary vocational schools.
