As a kind of practical teaching pattern, the post internship has got vigorously promoted in secondary vocational school. Its quality study has aroused wide concern in academic field. Overview of the existing research results about the post internship, the quality evaluation and study all mostly focus on higher vocational college students, but few about the secondary vocational school students in breadth and depth. At the same time, the existing assessment system in secondary vocational school has an ambiguous standard system and subjective results, not realizing process assessments and so on. Therefore, it has become very necessary to construct a set of reasonable scientific and feasible quality evaluation index system evaluation for the post internship students from the real need and combined with the current situation of secondary vocational schools, using the scientific and effective methods, on the base of specifying the related concept and carrying out in-depth research.Full and accurate information and data were obtained through visiting six secondary vocational schools, 8 star hotels and 113 post internship students. On base of these collected evidences, this paper tried to bring out the purpose, principles and foundation of the quality evaluation index system for the secondary vocational school internship students. Meanwhile, the related questionnaires were constructed and sent to them. According to the results, this paper made a thorough inquiry into the existing problems in the evaluation of students'post internship quality from three dimensions, which were the secondary vocational schools, internship units and students. The evaluation index system and weights, which were preliminary worked out with the analyzed results, were ascertained after repeated proof by experts. The shortcomings in the test evaluation index system were found by pretesting, and then the evaluation index system was further completed. This paper actively explored the factors which restricted the post internship quality of secondary vocational school students, and then put forward the corresponding measures to enhance the post internship quality of secondary vocational school students.
