As a major tourist province,Guizhou’s tourism "blowout" growth has led to the development of the hotel industry and the continuous expansion of the hotel volume,which provide more employment opportunities for the society.nowadays,more and more secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province set up hotel management major.As an important stage of hotel management personnel training,post internship has been valued by students,schools and enterprises.post Internship is the beginning of students’ contacting with the industry.The professional experience of secondary vocational students in hotel directly affects whether the students are willing to continue to engage in the hotel industry or not.Therefore,this article carries on the research to the management of the hotel management major on-the-job internship.The intention of this paper is to Find out the problems existing in the practice management,propose the solution,,and make some suggestions for the management of the internship.It is significant for Guizhou Province and even all over the country to cultivate high-quality first-line hotel services talents.Based on the above thinking,this paper consists of six parts,The author adopt literature,investigation and case study,to carry out research on the internship management of hotel management major in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou province.First of all,through the collection and collation of literature,The author understand the domestic and foreign research status of internship management and sort out to the related connotation,concept,theory of secondary vocational school hotel management professional internship.Secondly,on the basis of literature research and on-the-spot investigation into secondary vocational schools,this article selected a secondary vocational school in Guizhou province as the research object of this paper,and the students and teachers of the school and the manager of hotel that cooperated with the school were investigated and interviewed by questionnaire to find out the problems and reasons in the internship management of hotel management major in this school from all aspects of the three subjects.Finally,on the basis of the above-mentioned investigation and research,the author analyses and draws a conclusion,and puts forward constructive suggestions for optimizing the internship management of hotel management specialty.Through this study,it is found that there are some problems in the practice management of hotel management major in secondary vocational schools in Guizhou Province.the students can’t adapt to the practice work in time;the basic knowledge and ability are not solid;the school practice preparation work is insufficient;internship instructor and students communicate less;The training of interns by enterprises cannot be implemented;students are not satisfied with internship management hotel.The author analyzed and summarized the causes of these problems(1)student factor.Students are mentally immature;students have insufficient professional cognition.(2)School factors.The management system of practice is not perfect;internship guidance lacks communication with students;the cultivation of students’ non-professional quality is lacking.(3)the enterprise factor.The enterprise Unable to locate interns correctly;The enterprise pays more attention to the interests than the employees;Lacking of motivation for school-enterprise cooperation.Finally,based on the above problems,The author put forward the optimization suggestions from three aspects,students,schools and enterprises.(1)students strengthen self-management.The students should understand internship Correctly;do a good job of knowledge storage;Adjust mindset and change role quickly.(2)The school improve internship management.The school Perfect each management system;fully do the preparation before the internship;strengthen the management of the internship instructor;set up the diversified internship evaluation system.(3)improve the enterprise internship management.Introduction of humanistic management concept;establishment of fine management system;diversified incentive system;internship cross-rotation system.(4)Deepening school-enterprise cooperation.The government Establish and improve school-enterprise cooperation management mechanism;The school and enterprise Broaden the depth of cooperation.
