Mobile games are an important part of Vietnamese online games.After decades of development history,mobile games have become an indispensable part in the Vietnamese internet market,making great contributions to the entire game industry.In the current fiercely competitive background,mobile game publishing companies are faced with more complicated situations.How to set up a suitable marketing strategy in a constantly changing market has become a problem for every enterprise in the industry.Vietnam SohaGame Company is the first agent and operator to develop the mobile game market locally.With the user base covered by the mother company Vietnam Media Co.,Ltd.(VCC)in the Vietnam market as an important prerequisite for development,the company has great advantages in marketing popularity.With the development trend of the Internet,there are three direct competitors in the mobile game issuance market.These companies are constantly vying for hegemony in the local market and region of Vietnam,and strive to expand their influence,which has made an extremely important obstacle to the development of SohaGame.The main content of this research paper is to set SohaGame’s marketing strategy suitable for market trends and further strengthen the opponents.This article uses PEST analysis and Michael Porter’s five-force model as a basis to analyze the Internet’s macro and onlooker environment in the gaming industry from different perspectives.The paper deeply studies the problems and causes of SohaGame’s existing marketing strategy,and chooses the 4P marketing mix as the main strategy,and has made comprehensive improvements to factors such as products,prices,channels,and promotions.At the same time,this article also puts forward relevant safeguard measures for the established marketing strategy to ensure the effectiveness of the marketing strategy in the implementation process.The content of this paper is to develop a trend that is consistent with how SohaGame maintains its promising prospects in a highly competitive environment and expands its influence in the industry,increasing market share and absorbing more quality players.SohaGame’s network marketing strategy research has a reference for other companies in the same industry in marketing strategy formulation,which is conducive to the improvement of the marketing level of the entire online game industry.
