| Nowadays,with the prosperity and development of the country,the society is making great strides forward,standards of people’s living are improving increasingly and the attention to lifelong sports is growing.For contemporary college students,having a good sense of life-long sports is of far-reaching significance for their future study,work and life,so the study of College Students’ lifelong sports consciousness is particularly important.Through the discussion on the consciousness of lifelong physical education of college students in Harbin,it is helpful to promote the realization and development of lifelong physical education,to promote the smooth completion of college physical education teaching objectives,to meet the needs of students’ physical and mental health development,and to develop good lifelong sports habits has certain value and significance.Using the documentation method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,and mathematical statistics method,this paper makes a investigation on the college students in Harbin,to understand the cognition,emotion,will and other dimensions of life-long sports consciousness of college students in Harbin.By comparing the lifelong sports consciousness of students of different genders,majors,levels and regions,the paper makes a deep analysis This paper analyzes and discusses the difference level of students’ Lifelong Sports Consciousness in Colleges and universities in Harbin,and provides reasonable suggestions for improving students’ overall life-long sports consciousness;from three perspectives of family guidance,school physical education and social guidance,this paper discusses the main causes of students’ lifelong sports consciousness,and provides reference for cultivating students’ lifelong sports consciousness.The conclusions are as follows:1.The cognitive dimension of life-long sports of college students in Harbin is at a high level,showing a high level in the knowledge and value of life-long sports.Family sports atmosphere,school physical education and major public health events are the main influencing factors of students’ lifelong sports cognition.2.The emotional dimension of life-long sports of college students in Harbin is in the upper middle level,the attitude of life-long sports is in the upper middle level,the two dimensions of life-long sports need and interest are all at a high level.School support,family guidance and students’ psychology are the main influencing factors of students’ lifelong sports emotion.3.Harbin University Students’ lifelong sports will is in the middle level,in which the behavior habit dimension and persistence dimension are in the middle level,and the independence dimension and consciousness dimension are in the high level.The main influencing factors of students’ lifelong sports will are school training mode,parents’ sports participation frequency,weather and self-control.4.There are significant differences in cognition,emotion and will of life-long sports among different gender students in Harbin,and boys are better than girls.Physiological differences,personality differences and interest differences are the main reasons for the significant differences in life-long sports awareness of different gender students.5.There is no significant difference in cognitive dimension of lifelong physical education and emotional dimension of lifelong sports among students of different majors in Harbin.There is no significant difference between arts and sports students,literature and history students,science and engineering students.Art and sports students are better than arts and history students and science and engineering students.In the dimension of lifelong sports will,students of different majors have very significant differences Students majoring in Arts and sports are the best,followed by students of science and engineering,and students of literature and history are the last.Different learning contents,different contact time and different motivation are the main reasons for the differences of lifelong sports consciousness among students of different majors.6.There are very significant differences in the two dimensions of lifelong sports emotion and lifelong sports will of students from different levels of schools in Harbin.The students of ordinary undergraduate schools are the best,students of 211 schools are the second,and students of vocational colleges are the worst;in the cognitive dimension of lifelong physical education,there is no significant difference between the students of 211 schools and the students of ordinary undergraduate schools.There are very significant differences between the students of Vocational Colleges and the students of 211 schools and ordinary undergraduate schools.The students of higher vocational colleges are lower than the students of 211 schools and the students of ordinary undergraduate schools.The main reason for the difference of lifelong sports consciousness among students at different levels lies in the difference of teaching staff and training concept.7.There is no significant difference in cognition and emotion of lifelong sports between students from different regions in Harbin;there are significant differences in the dimension of lifelong sports will,and the students from Northeast China are better than those from other places.The main reason for the difference of lifelong sports consciousness among students at different levels lies in the difference of teaching staff and training concept.8.Family guidance,school physical education and social guidance have a significant impact on the life-long sports consciousness of college students in Harbin.In the dimension of lifelong sports cognition and emotion,school physical education has the greatest influence,followed by social guidance,and finally family guidance;in the dimension of lifelong sports will,family guidance has the greatest impact,followed by school physical education and finally social orientation. |
