| College teachers are the souls of college education.They help students build bridges to society,not only imparting knowledge,but also helping students shape their personality.The performance appraisal system of college teachers is an important content for colleges and universities to inspect and restrict the professionalism and completion of tasks of the teachers in the school.In order to improve management,improve the quality of running schools,and improve the overall quality of teachers,colleges and universities must continuously optimize and improve their performance evaluation system,adapt to the development of the times,and integrate teachers’ teaching and research goals,teacher career planning and college strategic vision.This thesis first analyzes the necessity of constructing and perfecting the performance appraisal system of college teachers from the research background and research significance,and briefly introduces the related concepts and main methods of performance appraisal.Next,taking J Academy as an example,starting from the current performance appraisal status of the Academy,we find the existing problems in the current performance appraisal plan of the J Academy,including the incomplete setting of appraisal indicators,the uncertain relative importance of the indicators,the single subject of performance appraisal,and the incentive of the appraisal plan Five aspects are not obvious and the assessment lacks feedback mechanism.Afterwards,according to the existing problems,the key performance index method(KPI)and the analytic hierarchy process(AHP)were used to construct the performance evaluation index system of J College and calculate the index weight,and set the evaluation standard and scoring method for each index,aiming to design a suitable J The teacher performance appraisal system of the actual situation of the college.After the appraisal system is established,the performance appraisal implementation plan is designed and the possible implementation difficulties are analyzed to propose safeguard measures to ensure the operation of the appraisal plan.Finally,the conclusions and shortcomings of this article are put forward and prospects for the future.Colleges and universities should start from their own characteristics and advantages,establish a performance appraisal system that conforms to the school’s school-running philosophy and suits the teachers’ personal professional development,encourages teachers to continuously improve themselves,and promotes the steady development of high principals. |
