With With the reform and development of higher education in China, the problem of higher occupation school teachers team construction has become an important issue for the further development of the school, in order to build a high quality teachers in higher vocational colleges, and gradually establish and improve the Vocational College Teachers' performance evaluation system is very important. Aiming at the present problems of Higher Vocational Teachers' performance evaluation measures,discussed the implementation process of scientific and reasonable college teachers performance evaluation index system design and performance evaluation system.The combination of Higher Vocational Teachers' characteristics and the characteristics of Higher Vocational Teachers' performance evaluation, describes China's vocational college teachers performance appraisal status and foreign teacher performance appraisal situation, at the same time, describes in detail the existing performance evaluation of Higher Vocational College Teachers in China: Problems and causes. This paper analyses the method, process and evaluation of the performance appraisal of higher occupation school teachers, from the aspects of performance appraisal principles, assessment content, assessment methods and the use of assessment results and points out the main problems of the current performance appraisal, the performance appraisal and assessment of the main contents of the higher vocational colleges.The paper expounds the method of theoretical analysis and its significance on the construction of performance evaluation index, discusses the functions and principles of performance appraisal, AHP mathematical model set up performance appraisal method, discusses the calculation method of the performance evaluation results, the process of determining the weights of evaluation are given, designed the overall function the structure of teacher performance evaluation system, designed the database logical model of performance appraisal system.The thesis gives the implementation process of performance appraisal system, a detailed description of the SSH technology, the SSH framework is designed, the performance evaluation of basic data, assessment indicators, performance appraisal model, judgment matrix, calculation of the main function of index weight of assessment results and performance appraisal system.From the qualitative analysis, based on the scientific nature and from the reality principle, considering the characteristics of the construction of teachers in higher vocational colleges, the performance evaluation system of Higher Vocational Teachers' job performance, analysis of the process of teachers in Higher Vocational Colleges from many aspects, construction of the higher vocational teachers, reflecting the characteristics of higher occupation education teacher performance the evaluation system and performance appraisal system. Solutions Manual to determine the index weight of the irrational and correct, which makes the design of performance appraisal index system is scientific, the beginning to the end, the teachers "self-evaluation, peer evaluation, from the evaluation of school evaluation of comprehensive performance appraisal system, to achieve the performance appraisal of the standardization,scientific, humanized and information management, greatly improving the efficiency and effectiveness of performance results of the evaluation of personnel work.
