| The dedication of college students is based on the value orientation,thinking mode,moral standards and spiritual temperament of College Students’ love of study and work.The cultivation of the dedication of college students in the new era is not only the internal requirement to promote the all-round development of college students,but also the inevitable requirement to practice the socialist core values.Based on the theory of dedication of Marxism,the spirit of dedication in traditional Chinese culture and the thought of dedication in western society,this paper makes an investigation and Research on the cultivation of the professionalism of college students in the new era.According to the sample analysis of the questionnaire,the cultivation of College Students’ dedication has achieved initial results.However,due to the influence of utilitarianism,the loss of value rationality and the distortion of educational mission,college students’ cognition of professional dedication is not comprehensive,their emotion is weak,their will is easy to shake,and their behavior is biased.In order to consolidate and strengthen the effective implementation of the cultivation of professional dedication of college students in the new era,we should strive to strengthen the education of Marxist labor concept,promote the dedication in combination with the characteristics of disciplines,deeply tap the contemporary value and modernity transformation of traditional dedication in China,and innovate the use of typical demonstration and incentive methods to cultivate dedication.So that the college students in the future career love the post and work hard,truly carry forward the spirit of work,and contribute to the construction of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era. |
