Does his job, loves his job, tops his job, which is Teachers'professional dedication. Not only dedication is a professional attitude, is also the perfect performance of professional ethics. Because dedication is the traditional basic principles of traditional professional ethics, dedication to teacher means to honor the duty and to completes the educational work diligently, by a respect, reverent, awe and rigid heart. Teachers'professionalism cannot only be restricted in the punctual coming and going to work or offer physical strength. More importantly the effect is in sentimental, wisdom and moral investment. It may divide into three aspects:the moral dedication, the emotional dedication and the wisdom dedicationThe moral dedication means conscientious, diligent, and quietly working hard. To be a high-quality teacher of the new era, we must work hard without regrets and complains, and we must select the heavy burden indomitably with a strong sense of professionalism and heavy responsibilities. At the same time, we should serve for the education wholeheartedly with rigorous professionalism and professional iron discipline. Also, in the occupation activity ,we should insist on the clean principle inexpensively, do not covet the student and guardian's money, do not graft the public and other people's money, do not contaminate the abuses such as corrupt, bets, wants while always make the model of incorruptible chaste moral conduct for the students and the common people in the society. What make us pay attention are the differences between the teacher's moral dedication standard and the teacher's ethics standard. Compared with the teacher's ethics standard which is the lowest limit, mandatory and passive, the teacher's moral dedication is more active and advanced. Moral dedication of teachers is a kind of feeling of investing own enthusiasm, putting his enthusiasm to the collision with the students in mind, which is reflected in the educational process in good mood, constantly sublimating their emotions. The wisdom dedication refers to reducing educational teaching time and achieving more educational benefits through more intelligence investments. Acting stubbornly and recklessly is impossible to achieve the educational aim.Moral dedication, emotional dedication and wisdom dedication have their own roles while they are also various in promoting dedication strategies. We should begin from exterior and the internal aspects to analyze the factors which affect the teacher dedication in order to find the strategies that affect teachers' dedication. Specifically, we can improve the teacher dedication through enhance teachers'individual cultivation, reshape teachers' example, sets up the new model, reconstruct school culture, give full play to appeal, establish reasonable science strategies and so on.
