As one of the significant methods of Chinese ideological and political education,modelling values education has indispensable effect in fostering adolescents’ values and helping them to know more about the models,learn from them and put their modelling spirits into practice.This is quite different from the current educational concept of value education advocated by the state and society,which takes education guidance as a supplement,emotional identity as a guide and practice as the main cultivation.Yet traditional modelling values education represents political and administrative characteristics since it is based on political path mainly.To learn and practice the values will fit the learning and mindful development traits of adolescents in new era more.Moreover,to enable the modelling values education to have persistent optimistic impact in new era,the improvement in life-oriented modelling education should be more focused.This article mainly adopts a variety of research methods such as literature survey method and theory-to-practice method,demonstrates the feasibility and specific construction path of the lifeoriented modelling values education path through these methods.The article is divided into five parts.The first part has mainly discussed the background,significance,current situation,ideas and methods,research focus and difficulties of the topic of the paper.The second part mainly explains the value education and its path,the changing trend of the value education path of young people in the new era,and the related concepts of example value education.On this basis,it is demonstrated that traditional example value education is mainly based on the politicized path,so life-oriented path of modeling education is the requirement for multi-sided development of age,society and teenagers.The third part has mainly studied the traditional path,the characteristics and the shortcomings of adolescents’ modelling values educational.On the basis of the research in the second and third parts,the fourth part has mainly studied the reasons,specific performance and effectiveness of the life-oriented modelling values education path of teenagers in the new era.Based on thorough verification of preceding part of the article,The fifth part mainly studies the further optimization of the life-oriented of youth role model education in the new era,specifically from three aspects of reshaping the standards of youth role model education,clarifying the behavior standards of youth role model education,and building a social regulation system of youth role model education.Modelling is rooted in life,and its spirits are sublimation of lives’ ideas.The development trend of doing research about modelling values education based on life will have significant reality meanings to the theory and practice of Chinese adolescents.The article will focus on the research on life-oriented modelling values education and exploring the practical life-oriented path,providing new ideas for solving adversity which the modelling values educational path is facing at present.
