As a hot topic in the society,the problem of physical health has aroused wide attention.According to the results of the national physical health data test of students from 2005 to 2018,the emergence of modern diseases has seriously affected the health of primary school students,especially the high incidence of obesity.Compared with normal-weight children,obese schoolchildren in body shape,physical quality present a different degree is reduced,and exercise intervention as an effective means to help obese students weight control,the development of physical quality,so the emergence of the network movement App as a kind of new way of guiding people to exercise,provides a scientific and effective intervention.In this paper,the contents of Keep fitness App are selected as the exercise intervention program to help students improve their physical fitness and enjoy the fun of exercise in the exercise of novel movements,so as to help them develop good exercise habits and fight against obesity.Based on the foreign language school in 2018,Ningbo national hi-tech zone,the health of the test results from 128 overweight and obese children from ages 7 to 11 years old,according to the age to be divided into a(one and two grade)and level 2(three and four grade)in the third or fourth year in two groups,and according to the principle of random divided into experimental group and control group,control group adopts traditional sports games,the experimental group adopted Keep fitness APP exercise intervention.Experimental data reference "national students physical health standard" in the test items include body shape(height,weight,BMI)and body function(lung capacity)and physical(50 m,50 * 8 shuttle run,jump rope,standing long jump in succession,rope skipping,sit-up),the data is a pretest and posttest,by within the group,on comparison and analysis on the experimental data,obtained the following results:(1)In 2018,the overweight and obesity rates of boys in level 1 and level 2 of the Ningbo national high-tech park foreign language school were 2.44% and 3.63%,respectively,and the overweight and obesity rates of girls were 1.52% and 1.90%,respectively.(2)After 12 weeks,there was no significant change in weight,significant increase in height,and significant decrease in BMI(P < 0.05).(3)After 12 weeks of Keep exercise intervention,the lung capacity of the level 1experimental group was significantly improved(P < 0.05),and the jump rope performance was highly significantly improved(P < 0.01).In level 2,students in the experimental group showed significant improvement in the long jump of 50 meters and standing jump(P < 0.05),and the scores of lung capacity,jump rope,50*8 and sit-ups showed highly significant improvement(P < 0.01).(4)After 12 weeks,the rope skipping performance of the level 1 experimental group was higher than that of the control group,showing a significant difference(P <0.01),the results of the 50-meter and standing long jump were lower in the experimental group than that of the control group,showing a significant difference(P< 0.05).The results of the 50 meters,sit-ups and standing long jump of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P <0.05),and the results of the 50*8 round-trip running and jumping rope were significantly higher than those of the control group,with highly significant differences(P < 0.01).Based on the above results,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)the overweight and obesity rate of students in Ningbo national high-tech park foreign language school continues to rise,and the obesity rate of boys is higher than that of girls,and with the growth of students’ age,the overweight and obesity rate also increases.(2)Compared with sports games,12 weeks of Keep exercise can control the continuous weight gain of level 2 students,effectively reduce the body mass index and avoid obesity.(3)Compared with sports games,12 weeks of Keep exercise can improve students’ scores in many physical fitness test items such as 50 m,rope skipping,standing long jump,50*8 round-trip running,sit-ups,lung capacity,etc.,showing significant improvement.It shows that 12 weeks of Keep exercise can help level 2obese students improve their speed,endurance,coordination and other qualities,and improve their sports ability.It shows that Keep plays an important role in improving the physical fitness of level 2 obese students.(4)Keep fitness APP has different effects on the physical health of students in the two levels.Aiming at the physiological characteristics of incomplete muscle development and poor body perception ability of level-1 students,the exercise intervention of sports games has more significant effect on improving the physical fitness of level-1 obese children than Keep exercise.
