health of the elderly.Through studying the relationship between elderly obesity and healthy physical fitness,We can understand the impact of obesity on the healthy physical fitness of the elderly,help to improve the healthy physical fitness of the obese elderly,and reduce the obesity rate of the elderly.At present,domestic and foreign researches on the obesity problem of the elderly and the healthy physical fitness of the elderly have achieved certain results,but the academic research that combines the obese elderly and the healthy physical fitness is still lacking.The lack of scientific and effective theoretical guidance to improve the physical fitness of obese elderly people has also made the obesity situation of elderly people increasingly serious.This article uses the literature data method,the test method,the mathematical statistics method to study the healthy physical fitness of the obese elderly in Lanzhou.The test indicators for determining healthy physical fitness through the literature data method include five first-level indicators and nine second-level indicators,and the test rules for the indicators are determined;the test method is used to test the healthy physical fitness of 720 elderly people in Lanzhou.Among them,252 were obese elderly people.Using descriptive statistical analysis methods.Based on the BMI stratification standard for obesity grades,the differences in various dimensions of the health and physical fitness of the elderly in Lanzhou with different BMI grades were explored;on this basis,the hierarchical regression analysis method was used,and the neck circumference and waist circumference were used as independent variables to analyze The degree of influence of different forms of obesity on the various dimensions of the healthy physical fitness of the elderly.The results obtained in this paper have practical significance for improving the quality of life of obese elderly.The main findings of this article are:1.In the analysis of the basic situation of obese elderly in Lanzhou,it is found that gender,age,and income have a significant impact on the average BMI of the elderly in Lanzhou;the average BMI of obese women is higher than that of obese elderly men,while the proportion of obese elderly men is higher Female elderly;with the increase of age,the BMI value of obese elderly people shows a downward trend,and the proportion of obesity is the highest among elderly people aged 75-79;the income level has an inverted U-shaped relationship with the BMI value of obese elderly people,and the monthly income level is 5,000 yuan and The above-mentioned elderly have the highest rate of obesity.However,educational background and living conditions and pre-retirement occupation have no significant effect on the BMI value of obese elderly in Lanzhou;the percentage of obesity among the elderly without education is the highest;the proportion of obesity among the elderly living with their children is higher in the living situation;occupation before retirement The proportion of obesity among the elderly without occupation is the highest.2.There are significant differences in the completion of indicators of cardiorespiratory fitness(2min stepping in place)and upper limb muscle endurance(30s upper arm curl)in male elderly people of different BMI levels in Lanzhou City(P<0.05),both of which are completed by obese elderly The proportion is the lowest,followed by the low-weight elderly,and the normal-weight elderly have the highest completion rate;there are significant differences in the completion of the lower limb muscle endurance(30s sitting and standing)test among the elderly females in Lanzhou with different levels of BMI(P<0.05),and Obese elderly people have the lowest completion rate,followed by low-weight elderly people,and normal-weight elderly people have the highest completion rate.There is no significant difference in the completion ratio of male and female elderly people in the completion of other healthy physical fitness indicators(P>0.05).3.Among the people who completed the healthy fitness index test,male elderly with different BMI grades have significant presence in the number of steps in 2min,the number of sitting and standing in 30 s,the back grasp test,the 30 s upper arm curl,and the forward bending index of the chair sitting position differences(P<0.05),and male obese elderly people have the worst performance in 2min in-situ stepping,30 s sitting and standing,back grasp test,30 s upper arm curl,chair sitting position and forward grades(P>0.05)4.Apply the hierarchical regression method to analyze the degree of influence of obesity on various dimensions of healthy physical fitness.On the basis of controlling for variables related to gender,age,income,education,living status,and occupation before retirement,and taking neck circumference and waist circumference as independent variables,it is found that neck circumference and waist circumference are related to the cardiopulmonary fitness,upper and lower limb flexibility,Balance and sensitivity are negatively correlated,and can effectively explain and predict these dimensions of healthy physical fitness(P<0.05).The interpretation ratio is reflected in the dimensions of cardiopulmonary fitness,lower limb flexibility,and balance and sensitivity.Waist circumference Greater than the neck circumference,waist circumference is smaller than the neck circumference in the upper limb flexibility dimension,indicating that central obesity has a greater impact on the elderly’s cardiorespiratory fitness,upper limb flexibility,balance and sensitivity,and the degree of subcutaneous fat accumulation in the neck or around the respiratory tract affects the flexibility of the upper limb influence is greater.In the dimensions of upper and lower limb muscle endurance,it is only reflected in a negative correlation with waist circumference,and the explanation ratio is statistically significant(P<0.05),indicating that central obesity has a decisive effect on the muscle endurance of the elderly.According to the research results,the following suggestions are given to promote the healthy physical fitness of obese elderly people in Lanzhou:1.The obese elderly population has the worst cardiorespiratory fitness,lower extremity muscle endurance and upper extremity flexibility.These dimensions should be paid attention to when improving healthy physical fitness.The selection of physical exercise items should focus on the fitness of healthy physical fitness in
