| Research purpose:As the main group of society,adults are the backbone of social production and development,and the fitness of adult human body will have an important impact on adult production and life.This paper explores the relationship between physical health status,physical exercise amount,strength training,smoking,drinking behavior,perceived health status and healthy physical fitness of adults aged 20-59,reveals the correlation between these variables,and finds out the key factors affecting adult health and physical fitness,so as to establish correct fitness awareness for adults and cultivate their lifelong exercise behavior.It provides theoretical and practical reference for improving or maintaining the appropriate level of physical fitness.Research methods:Taking the fifth national physical fitness monitoring(Liupanshui City monitoring network)as an opportunity,this study used the method of combining questionnaire survey and actual measurement to obtain the demography related indicators and physical fitness measurement indicators data of adults aged 20-59,and established a one-to-one corresponding database.SPSS21.0 statistical analysis software was used to process the established database.Specific statistical methods included independent sample T test,analysis of variance,non-parametric test,correlation analysis,multiple linear regression analysis,etc.The significance level of all indicators was set asα=0.05.Results:1)At present,there are significant gender differences in the amount of physical exercise,strength training,health status,smoking,drinking behavior of adults;The situation of insufficient physical exercise among adults is still severe,with significant differences in age,gender,urban and rural areas,residential areas,sports venues,and other aspects of their physical fitness.2)There is a significant linear relationship between the amount of physical exercise,strength training,health status,smoking,drinking behavior and physical fitness of adults.3)The health status of adults can significantly predict body shape(BMI),back strength,and reaction ability(selective reaction time);The amount of physical exercise can successfully predict vital capacity,back force,lower limb explosive force(vertical jump)and reaction ability;Strength training can significantly predict vital capacity,grip strength,back strength,lower limb explosive force(vertical jump);Smoking behavior can significantly predict body mass index(BMI),vital capacity,upper limb strength(grip strength),flexibility(sitting forward flexion),balance ability and reaction ability;Drinking behavior can significantly predict BMI,balance ability,and responsiveness.Conclusions:1)The amount of physical exercise,strength training,adult health status,smoking and drinking behavior,and perceived health status can have a significant impact on adult health and fitness.The more adequate the amount of physical exercise,the more positive the impact on adult health and fitness.2)Unhealthy behaviors can have a significant impact on healthy physical fitness.The higher the frequency of drinking and smoking,the poorer the physical fitness status.3)In addition to being influenced by age,gender,urban and rural areas,maintaining good physical and mental health,physical exercise,strength training,and positive health behaviors can still play an important role in maintaining a healthy physical fitness level for adults. |
