Research On The Development Of Reserve Talents In Zhejiang Amateur Sports Schools From The Perspective Of Resource Allocation

According to the "Outline for the Construction of Sports Powers",sports construction is a symbolic cause of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation.In the process of sports construction,the training of competitive sports and reserve talents is indispensable.The cultivation of reserve talents for competitive sports is inseparable from the development of amateur sports schools.This paper focuses on the investigation and analysis of the different resource allocation status and policy trends guided by the amateur sports schools in 11 cities in Zhejiang Province.Through the performance of competitive achievements,the development of reserve talents in Zhejiang amateur sports schools is analyzed.I also think about the training of reserve talents in Zhejiang Amateur Sports School and make suggestions.Through research,the following conclusions are drawn:(1)A total of 87 amateur sports schools were opened in 11 cities in Zhejiang Province.The mode of reserve talent training is mainly based on the “three concentration” and “one concentration” school-running models.However,there are different modes of training for amateur sports schools in different cities and cities.(2)The venue facilities of Zhejiang Amateur Sports School and the venues of various sports regions are unevenly distributed,and the supply of sports system sites is relatively small.Although the Zhejiang Provincial Government and the Sports Bureau are increasing their investment in sports undertakings year by year,they are still insufficient to meet the sustainable development of amateur sports schools.(3)The layout of the Zhejiang Amateur Sports School project is generally reasonable.However,the projects carried out by amateur sports schools in various cities are not balanced,and the layout of individual city projects needs to be improved.The composition of the amateur sports school sports program in Zhejiang Province is unreasonable.The lack of small items in sports projects and non-featured projects are in a small-scale development stage.(4)Zhejiang amateur sports school coaches and reserve talent resources have shrunk.The main performance is that there is a problem of athletes’ birth and outlet,and the contradiction between learning and training still exists.Second,some sports school coaches in Zhejiang Province are difficult to meet the demand.The structure of the coaches in various cities is not reasonable enough,and the level gap is large.
