The Analysis Of Factors Of Fujian Province Amateur Sports School Volleyball Reserve Talents Training Value Orientation Influence And Countermeasures

In this paper,factors affecting the Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball reserve talents training value orientation as the research object,taking Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball athletes,coaches and parents for the survey,experts in school leadership and volleyball for access object,the "people-oriented" philosophy of education as the starting point of the research.Focus on "people",in order to investigate the influence factors of coaches,school leaders and access to the volleyball reserve personnel training orientation and graduation to athletes and athletes in the school for training its own value orientation understanding as foundation.Using Excel and SPSS statistical data as the analysis basis,by interviewing experts and professors of the volleyball direction as the basis,using the method of literature,questionnaire survey method,interview method,stakeholder analysis method and logical analysis method to analyze the survey data and data access,organize,through research and analysis,this article draws the following conclusion:(1)through the investigation results and analysis the influencing factors of Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball reserve personnel training are the main value orientation of talents in the way,reserve personnel's ability,motivation,demand and talents in the family,amateur training mode and goal orientation,coaches' comprehensive quality and the target location,reserve personnel career stage,environmental factors.(2)Fujian province according to the geographical distribution,economic status,population distribution mainly adopted four kinds of talents training mode,training objectives are different,different mode of training leads to different training objectives which directly affect the training value orientation;(3)the source of coaches in Fujian province have extensive training the level and the level of coaching,training is very strict on students' learning,more in proportion is the core of the coaches youth coach,but the coach widespread poor scientific research ability,job training opportunities,training theory knowledge and new idea renewal and insufficient-for long-term training program,which leads to reserve talents of volleyball skills not to the level of long-term development,affect their training enthusiasm,resulting in the transmission rate is low,resulting in a higher level of transportation The professional team blocked the road;(4)parents' education level in Fujian province amateur school volleyball reserve talents is generally low,but for their children's volleyball amateur training most supportive,most of the family's sports atmosphere is good,but the parents for their children to participate in volleyball training motivation is generally by means of volleyball training in Institutions of higher learning;(5)Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball reserve talent age structure is reasonable,the learning achievement in the medium level,they participate in the volleyball training is mainly interested in training,most of their value orientation is to enter university continuing education;(6)has carried on the analysis to the Fujian province amateur sports school volleyball reserve talents training from the value orientation of stakeholders according to the perspective of stakeholder theory defines the stakeholders in the interests of the organization subject,analysis between them Conflict of interest.
