The proposal of the integration of sports and education not only points out the direction for the development of amateur sports schools,but also reflects the basic role of school sports in the training process of sports reserve talents.The release of the Opinions on Deepening the Integration of Sports and Education and Promoting the Healthy Development of Adolescents in 2020 officially opened a new chapter in the joint training of sports talents by the sports and education departments.At the same time,it also points out the direction for the cultivation of sports reserve talents in Tianjin,and provides new ideas for expanding the sports reserve talents team in Tianjin,opening up the transmission channel of sports reserve talents,and improving the cultivation level of sports reserve talents in Tianjin.This research mainly uses the research methods of literature,questionnaire,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,and takes "finding,analyzing and solving problems" as the research direction.On the basis of extensive excavation and absorption of existing theoretical resources,this research investigates and analyzes the cultivation of sports reserve talents in Hedong amateur sports school in Tianjin City,and summarizes their experience and problems in the training process,And put forward corresponding solutions based on problem-oriented and objective facts.Through comprehensive research,the main conclusions are as follows:(1)The students of Hedong District Youth Amateur Sports School come from primary and secondary schools inside and outside Hedong District,and their learning is in charge of the primary and secondary schools.Hedong District Youth Amateur Sports School is only responsible for the training tasks of the students.In the actual training process,the amateur sports school has achieved "integration" with some primary and secondary schools in the aspects of selection,delivery,competition and guarantee.(2)The integration of sports and education in Hedong District Youth Amateur Sports School has the support of relevant policies,the attention of leaders and the high-quality coaching team,which lays a solid foundation for the integration of sports and education in Hedong District Youth amateur sports School.(3)The selection work of Hedong District Youth amateur sports School is carried out in two forms: fusion selection and individual selection;Students’ cultural education has been incorporated into the national education system,and the time arrangement of learning and training is reasonable,which cushioned the impact of the conflict on students to a certain extent.(4)Hedong District Youth Amateur Sports School signed agreements with primary and secondary schools and sports clubs on the use of venues and medical resources,which formed the integrated development of venues and medical resources and played a role in promoting the work related to the integration of sports and education.(5)Hedong District Youth amateur Sports School has problems such as unblocked transmission channels,few opportunities for students to participate in the competition,and lack of communication between coaches and cultural teachers,which are important factors affecting the development of sports reserve talents in Hedong District Youth amateur Sports School.(6)The funding source of Hedong Amateur Sports School is mainly funded by the government of Hedong District,and the funding source channel is relatively single.
