Private schools,as an important part of China's education,have gradually become the main force to make up for the shortage of public education resources by virtue of their flexibility.As a non-diploma educational institution,training schools are increasingly becoming an important force in the education market and are changing the lives of more and more learners.However,due to the particularity of private training schools,private schools make their work focus on how to attract students and how to run schools,neglecting a key factor that affects the sustainable development of schools,that is,human resources management in schools.Some private-sector schools have even failed to establish systems in human resources management.School administrators have been plagued by problems such as uneven teaching staff and large staff turnover.However,they have not found a suitable solution.In order to improve the efficiency of private training schools in human resource management,this paper takes Taiyuan A Private Training School as an example to study and probe into the human resource management problems of private training schools.First of all,this paper conducts a detailed study and analysis of human resource management in A-training schools by investigation of the status quo,looks for problems and analyzes the problems.Secondly,based on the situation of teacher-student ratio,the age structure of teachers,the current academic status of teachers,the status of teachers and the present situation of teachers' compilation,this paper conducts a detailed investigation and data analysis on the human resources data of A-training schools,analyzes the human resources structural problems,human resources performance appraisal issues,human resources structure incentive system issues,etc.,and carried out a detailed analysis of these issues and found out the causes of various problems.Finally,based on the analysis of the cause of the problem and according to the relevant theories of human resource management,the countermeasures and suggestions to solve the human resource management problems in A training school are put forward.
