M Group is a comprehensive group enterprise that focuses on human resources services and is involved in consulting and evaluation,property management,education and training,cultural and creative sports,business services,and e-commerce operations.The report of the 19th National Congress of the Communist Party of China put forward important expositions such as "talents are strategic resources" and "talents are the most critical and urgently needed elements of urban development".In recent years,a large number of technological applications such as big data and cloud computing have emerged,the traditional business model has been innovated,and the human resources service industry is also accelerating its in-depth integration with digitization to achieve upgrading and evolution.Business forms and new models were born,aiming to create a new model of business value service in an all-round way.In this context,it is necessary for M Group to formulate a corporate development strategy that is in line with the new industry situation and the needs of the new market.This paper takes M Group as the research object,on the basis of comprehensively examining the operation and management of M Group,using PEST to study the macro environment of M Group,using Porter’ s five forces model to study the industry competition situation of M Group;The external factor evaluation matrix studies the opportunities,challenges,existing advantages and disadvantages faced by M Group;based on this,it compares the existing development strategy and finds the existing problems in the development strategy,including:the degree of marketization of the main business of human resources service is not high,and the rest of the business The plate setting is unreasonable and the development is uneven.Use SWOT to carry out comprehensive analysis to form strategic options for M Group;then use IE matrix to demonstrate that M Group should establish a market-oriented management direction at the market level,and use QSPM matrix to demonstrate that M Group should establish a differentiated business strategy at the business level.Finally,based on the above discussion,according to the main line of marketization and differentiation strategy,a new corporate development strategy is formulated for M Group.It should be said that with the advent of the "Internet +" era,the advantages of traditional service models are no longer available,and the transformation and upgrading of the human resources service industry has become the general trend.The research done in this paper,on the one hand,explores innovative measures such as the transformation and upgrading of traditional businesses and diversified layout,and provides a strong theoretical support for M Group to implement the transformation and development strategy;High-quality development provides more valuable basis and reference.
