Research On Optimization Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Service System

The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee gave high importance to the entrepreneurship of university graduates,it stressed the need to implement the policy of encouraging college graduates to start their own businesses,so this paper studies the entrepreneurship service system from local colleges and universities,we also makes a detailed analysis of the concept definition,development status,problems and suggestions of countermeasures.It is an important direction for the reform and development of education in the higher education institutions to carry out the education and cultivate innovative talents.The imperfect system is an important reason for the low rate of entrepreneurship of college students in China.Through the investigation and analysis of the requirements and present situation of the Qujing Normal College students.Combined with the local economic and cultural characteristics,our school explored and built a personalized Entrepreneurship Service System of University Students,this system is the effective way to implement the entrepreneurship education work of local colleges.In this article,we described how to create an entrepreneurship education service system from our own point,which was order to meet the actual needs.At the same time,we explored the policy system,material basis and regional characteristics that could support this system from our own perspective.With the continuous development of our economy and society,the employment problem of college graduates is an important part of the whole social employment problem,it has became a hot issue that are widely concerned about,there is no doubt that this problem posed a major challenge to the current employment guidance service system of college students.At present,there is relatively little research on the establishment and improvement of employment guidance for university students,the current research mainly focused on the practice summarization and the introduction of the theory of employment guidance of foreign colleges and universities,But the theoretical innovation research that suits the national conditions has just begun,and has not yet formed a theoretical framework.This paper studies the establishment and improvement of the employment guidance service system of university students,the study make the system more effective for the college students,it also provide more convenient,individualized,all-dimensional and multi-level services to the students and the society and the employers,thus alleviate the difficulty and pressure of college graduates,and improve the employment rate and the quality of employment.Firstly,this paper analysis and compare the specific content of employment guidance service system of the United States,Canada and Japan,and Hong Kong university.We thought that some employment theory,method and content is worthy of the study and reference of the domestic university,and we elaborated the enlightenment of eight aspects.Secondly,this paper is a case study in Qujing Normal University,we introduce,analysis and research the student employment guidance service system,the current basic situation,including organization setup,personnel team construction,software and hardware facilities,and employment guidance service contents,means and effect,inside,we analyzes the innovation and the problems we facing,we suggest to gradually build and improve the local colleges and universities student innovation service system from entrepreneurship education services,policies,services,financial services and incubation service.Finally,based on the summarization,analyzation and draw lessons from the theoretical and practical experience of the employment guidance service,we put forward the guiding idea of establishing and improving the system,it means that focus on the students and the service,and build four modernizations constructive objectives(whole process,whole personnel,professional,informatization),at the same time,we put forward the model idea of the employment guidance service system for college students in the new period,including the organization,three basic functions and other specific construction targets,we also use the theories to propose a specific mode that integrated the Employment guidance service system and management.
