Abstract/Summary:
Since the 19 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,facing a complex international situation,facing arduous and arduous reform and development tasks at the domestic level,and socialism with Chinese characteristics is in a new historical position.In order to meet the new requirements of social development,college students with excellent comprehensive ability should be trained.In addition,the current employment situation of college students is becoming more and more serious,colleges and universities need to strengthen the professional values education of college students,in order to train young students with firm ideals and beliefs,noble career ideals,complete career planning,correct professional values,colleges and universities to the current social situation,economic development trends,career requirements change,etc.,to guide and update students’ ideal beliefs,career orientation,value choice,is the main focus of strengthening vocational values education.Based on the current situation of college students’ professional values as the research starting point,this paper combs through the literature review of the development course of vocational values and vocational values education at home and abroad,summarizes and analyzes the development course,system operation and current characteristics and problems of vocational values education,collects nearly 2500 questionnaires of students’ current professional values in seven colleges and universities by means of questionnaires,explores the ideas of vocational values education,and finds effective countermeasures for vocational values education in colleges and universities.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is an introduction,expounds the basis of the thesis,combs the current situation of research at home and abroad,including values,professional values,vocational values education and other content,but also combs the development process,research methods and the main innovation points.The second part: the main related thoughts and theories of college students’ vocational values and vocational values education,as well as the significance of strengthening college students’ vocational values education: it is conducive to promoting the high-quality development of college students’ career education,to promoting the educational effectiveness of college students’ ideological and political education,and to deepening the education of college students’ socialist core values.The third part: Combined with the data collected by the questionnaire,this paper analyzes the current situation of college students’ professional values and the problems that need to be solved urgently.The questionnaire is mainly from Bohai University,Liaoning University of Technology,Jinzhou Medical University and Shenyang City College,which are mainly undergraduate colleges and universities in Liaoning Province,Wuxi Vocational and Technical College,and the rest of the universities collect questionnaires to understand the latest status quo of college students’ professional values and analyze their characteristics and problems.The fourth part: combined with the current professional values education deficiencies and reason analysis,through the improvement of the whole cultivation process,with a view to the correction of college students’ professional values.This includes clarifying the core concept of vocational value education for college students,clarifying the core content of vocational value education,activating educational carriers such as social practice and network media,optimizing the overall educational environment of campus,family and society,and working together,working together to systematically promote and ensure the effectiveness of vocational value education for college students.
