Original picture books are picture books created by Chinese writers,which often contain rich traditional cultural elements.Using original picture books to carry out traditional culture education in kindergartens can not only help children understand the external forms of traditional culture in the reading materials they are willing to accept,but also help children to feel and understand the spiritual connotation of traditional culture.Therefore,original picture books are an important carrier of traditional culture education for children.At present,many kindergartens and teachers realize the value of original picture books in kindergartens,and try to apply original picture books to traditional culture education.However,the original picture books in our country started late,and there are still many problems when applying original picture books to traditional culture education in kindergartens.Based on this,this paper analyzes the application of original picture books in traditional culture education of three kindergartens in J city through literature analysis,interview,observation and case analysis.Through the combination of practical investigation and in-depth interview,this paper starts with the basic situation of using original picture book to carry out traditional culture education in kindergarten and the use of original picture book by teachers in traditional culture education.The application of original picture book in kindergarten traditional culture education is investigated and studied.Through the analysis of the application of original picture book in traditional culture education,it is found that there is a shortage of original picture book resources in kindergarten.Teachers’ choice of original picture book shows obvious blindness,and the teaching process lacks reliable scientific problems.On the basis of theoretical analysis and practical exploration,this study puts forward that kindergartens should create conditions for the integration of original picture books and traditional culture;deepen teachers’ understanding of original picture books and traditional culture;improve teachers’ attention to original picture books in traditional kindergarten culture education;improve teachers’ ability to choose original picture books in traditional culture and education;to optimize the concept of education and realize the organic combination of original picture book and traditional culture and education in kindergarten five targeted opinions,hoping to provide reference for future research.
