This article, through the experiment of Beijing sports university sprint special students implement two kinds of training methods, namely the same strength training and way to wait long training, to explore the different combination of strength training for sprinters the improvement of speed and explosive power. Standing long jump in before and after the experiment,100 m, in situ vertical jump high touch, triple jump, three-dimensional load test, through contrast between group within the experimental conclusion:different combination strength training can significantly improve sprinters lower limbs explosive power, but under the different load, the increase was different.Through the different combination of strength training for nearly two months later, on the data of standing long jump, the experiment of a set of average score is 2.76 meters, more than the achievement of experimental group two 0.03 m; Crouch than load-bearing experiment two groups increased 2.5 kg. And triple jump the change of the index score is not too much difference. In speed quality indicators, the experimental group USES 75% 85% 1 rm maximum power resistance combination in situ flexor squat jump training way after eight weeks of training appeared significant change, but not experimental group two grades, with the experimental measured index of athletes lower limbs explosive growth, the experiment of a set of explosive index rose 237.5, the two groups increased by 98.87.1. Different combinations of strength training for sprint project, is a very effective training methods, to enhance the strength and speed of the athletes, enhance the explosive in the legs.2. Different combination strength training for athletes lower limbs explosive effect is different, overcome their own weight stage in situ lunge, rather than the flexor squat jump jump to explosive increase,30% 1 rm load stage flexor squat jump jump on the improvement of explosive force is better than that of in situ lunge.3.
