| Modern basketball is a group project with strong confrontation space and fast conversion rhythm.It is essential to have excellent physical quality,and excellent lower limb explosive power can more effectively improve the performance of special basketball players on the court.Rapid expansion and complex training is a hot topic in the field of physical training in recent years.It is characterized by no need for complex equipment and specific training venues,and its training movements are very similar to the characteristics of special technical movements of basketball.In this study,a more reasonable,efficient,more targeted and more suitable for special basketball players to improve the explosive power of the lower limbs was explored.In this study,relevant data were collected through literature data method;the expert interview method and questionnaire survey method were used to select and establish the test index of special basketball players and select the experimental training plan for rapid expansion compound training;then test the main research method and analyze the data by mathematical statistical method.The experimental method took 16 students majoring in physical education in Xi’an University of Physical Education as the experimental objects,and 16 students were randomly divided into two groups: experimental group and control group.The 10-week formal experiment.The experimental group and the control group used fast expansion compound training and weight explosive training respectively to ensure that the two groups were only different in training methods.Before and after the experiment,the indexes of the explosive force of the experimental group and the control group were tested respectively,and their results were analyzed by SPSS 26.0.The study results are as follows:1.After 10 weeks of rapid expansion complex training,the four jump,single leg jump height,"T" running and standing long jump produced significant differences(P<0.01)before and after the experiment.The rapid expansion complex training greatly promoted the above four indicators;the 20 M sprint had significant differences before and after the experiment(P <0.05),and the performance of 20 M sprint run was also improved.2.The control group after 10 weeks of weight explosive training,in situ leg longitudinal jump touch high,single leg jump touch high,standing long jump the three lower limb explosive before and after the test index are significant difference(P<0.05),"T" word and 20 M sprint run the two indicators before and after the experiment have no significant difference(P> 0.05).3.After ten weeks of experimental intervention,both groups got a good improvement.Through the comparison of the growth rate of the two groups,the control group was not as good as the experimental group in improving the overall performance of the explosive force of the lower limbs.research conclusion:1.Through the experimental intervention,the experimental group’s vertical jump,one-foot run,"T" run,standing long jump and 20 M sprint run were all improved.Special basketball players can use rapid expansion complex training to improve the explosive force of lower limbs.2.Through experimental intervention,rapid expansion and complex training is more effective on the development of lower limb explosive force of special basketball players than for weight-bearing explosive training.3.Compared with weight-bearing explosive training,fast expansion and complex training is novel and rich,and the team members have more enthusiasm in training.4.Compared with weight-bearing explosive training,rapid expansion complex training has lower requirements on equipment and the field,and the risk of sports injury is lower. |
