| With the rapid development of science and technology,people have become more and more dependent on smart products,and college students,as a group about to enter the society from school,play an important turning point of "school-society" Important role,play an important role in promoting national fitness.The intervention of "Internet+" and the rise of sports apps have changed the behavioral habits and value intentions of college students,and exerted an important influence on college students’ health awareness and exercise habits.In the context of the new era,how to use sports apps to promote the development of college students’ physical exercise habits is a problem to be considered in college teaching.Therefore,this dissertation takes college students as the research object,using literature data method,questionnaire survey method,psychological test and other methods to analyze the correlation between college students’ willingness to use sports APP,physical exercise persistence,and self-efficacy.The status quo of college students’ use of sports apps and physical exercise persistence,analysis of existing problems,and targeted suggestions to improve users’ enthusiasm for participating in physical exercises,with a view to providing theory for national fitness,health communication and health promotion issues Basis and practical guidance.The research conclusions are as follows:1.In the sports APP use willingness scale,the perceived usefulness dimension score is the highest,and the satisfaction dimension score is the lowest;in the physical exercise persistence scale,the emotional experience score is the highest,and the behavior habit score is the lowest.2.In the college students’ sports APP use willingness scale,there is no gender difference in the four dimensions of perceived service quality,expectation confirmation,satisfaction and continuous use willingness,and there is a gender difference in the perceived usefulness dimension.Boys are higher than girls.There are significant differences in the use of sports apps in grades.Perceived usefulness,perceived service quality,expected confirmation,and satisfaction are different in grades,and there is no difference in willingness to continue to use in grades.3.There are significant gender differences in the persistence of physical exercise among college students,and boys are higher than girls in the dimensions of behavior habits,hard work,and emotional experience.There are significant differences in the various dimensions and overall scores of college students’ physical exercise persistence in grades.4.There is a significant difference in self-efficacy of college students in terms of gender,boys are higher than girls;there are significant differences in self-efficacy of college students in grades,and the self-efficacy of college students is the highest in the fourth grade.5.There is a positive correlation between the willingness to use sports apps and the persistence of physical exercise;the willingness to use sports apps and self-efficacy are positively related;the persistence of physical exercise is positively related to self-efficacy.6.Self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role between the willingness to use sports APP and the persistence of physical exercise in college students.According to the results of the research,it is concluded that the use of sports apps by college students is more able to determine the direction and predict the persistence of physical exercise.Self-efficacy plays a part of the mediating role in the use of sports apps and the persistence of physical exercise.Willingness can influence the persistence and persistence of physical exercise through the mediating effect of self-efficacy.In view of the current situation and research conclusions of college students’ use of sports apps and physical exercise persistence,relevant suggestions are put forward:1.Improving the quality of sports apps: In terms of perceived service quality and satisfaction,establish a reliable image and improve one’s own professionalism;in terms of expectation confirmation and continuous use willingness,improve the innovation of sports apps;in terms of perceived usefulness,Improve the social functions of sports APP services.2.Enhance the sense of self-efficacy of college students: to meet the ability needs of college students;to meet the relationship needs of college students;to meet the autonomous needs of college students. |
