National Student Fitness Test standard test data indicates that health level of primary and high school students and students of vocational school in our country showed a slow downtrend.Their sport consciousness is not strong and unable to consciously persist in physical exercise for a long time.This is one of the critical factor of the decline of physical fitness.To develop a good habits to do exercise in primary school will be benefit to cultivation of individuals sports and healthy lifestyle in lifetime.On the basis of traditional physical teaching combined with Internet technology,this paper puts forward the teaching mode of "sports APP + physical teaching",and check out the actual result of this model on cultivating and improving exercise persistence of students from primary school,high school and vocational school.This paper mainly adopts the experimental method,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics.Selected two classes of 80 students in total from Xiamen Tongan Vocational Technology School as research object.They were randomly divided into test and control group to do research.There are two indicators in the research.The one is Physical Exercise effect Scale,which is to be a persistence index of exercise effect.The other is physical fitness test,which is the result indicator of exercise effect.It is used to test the effect of "sports APP + physical teaching" on exercise effect of students from primary school,high school and vocational school.Findings on the research:1.The trend of the students of test group in exercise habits,emotional experience and spiritual concentration is significantly better than those in the control group.It demonstrate that sports APP + physical teaching” helps to improve the exercise persistence of students from from primary school,high school and vocational school.2.The trend of the students of test group in 50 m sprint,800 m run and standing long jump,etc.,change of physical fitness is significantly better than those in the control group.It explain that sports APP + physical teaching” helps to enhance physical fitness of students from from primary school,high school and vocational school.3.In the teaching experiment,through the intervention of sports APP+ physical education mode,it can effectively promote the improvement of the physical exercise effect of secondary vocational students.
