| This article takes the physical education major(non-basketball special)and non-physical education majors of Wuhan Sports University as the survey objects,and adopts the method of literature data,questionnaires,interviews,mathematical statistics,and observations as the research methods to study the basketball of Wuhan Sports University.The effectiveness and key influential dimensions and factors of general course teaching.This study draws the following conclusions:(1)The teaching evaluation dimension consists of teacher feedback,student mutual evaluation,diagnostic evaluation,summative evaluation,formative evaluation,general basketball group competition results,teacher positions,job allowances and performance,and the reliability and effectiveness of the teacher evaluation system Degree is composed of eight index factors.The non-physical education group of our school has less mutual evaluation,and the evaluation method and content of the sports education(non-basketball special)group are simpler.(2)The main dimension of students is composed of seven index factors: students’ motivation to learn basketball,students’ interest and hobbies in basketball,students’ enthusiasm for participating in basketball lessons,students’ basketball level,students’ psychological quality,students’ physical fitness,and students’ learning ability.The students in the non-physical education group of our school are not clear about their learning motivations,their physical fitness varies,and their sense of involvement in the classroom is not strong.(3)The teacher’s leading dimension consists of the teacher’s basketball skills and tactics and action demonstration ability,the teacher’s educational background,professional title,age,the amount of teaching and research work undertaken by the teacher,the teacher’s language expression ability,the teacher’s personal charm,and the teacher’s professional theoretical knowledge Accomplishment,teachers’ teaching practice ability,and teachers’ professional ethics are composed of eight indicator factors.Our teachers have excellent comprehensive abilities and rich teaching experience.(4)The teaching goal dimension is composed of four indicator factors: the number of years of courses and total class hours,the difficulty and differentiation of teaching goals,the arrangement of teaching schedules,and the clarity of teaching goals.The physical education(non-basketball special)group has less class hours,and the teaching progress and goals need to be improved.(5)The teaching method dimension is composed of four indicator factors: classroom discussion,questioning,practice time,load,methods,the ability to use information-based teaching methods,and teaching competition.The non-sports teaching group of this school has less classroom discussions,the training intensity needs to be adjusted,and the information teaching needs to be popularized.(6)The learning and teaching attitude dimension is composed of four indicator factors:teacher’s teaching attitude,student’s learning attitude,effective communication and exchange between teachers and students,and teacher’s extracurricular tutoring.The teachers in this school are responsible for their work,and the students of physical education(non-basketball special)have a better learning attitude,and the extracurricular tutoring needs to be adjusted.(7)The teaching content dimension is composed of four index factors: the advanced nature of teaching materials,the diversification of teaching content,the interestingness of teaching content,the acceptability and discrimination of teaching content.The difficulty coefficient of the teaching content of the school’s physical education(non-basketball special)group needs to be adjusted,and the teaching materials are not fully equipped.(8)The teaching environment dimension consists of teaching equipment,equipment,basketball extracurricular exercises,activity atmosphere,the quantity and quality of basketball courts,basketball sports equipment,the natural environment during class(wind,sun,rain,temperature,etc.),and the basketball game atmosphere in the school.The composition of six index factors.The students in the non-physical education group of this school have poor protection awareness,and the basketball facilities need to be improved. |
