| With the continuous improvement of residents’ health awareness,,the number of daily sports in China will reach an unprecedented huge scale, followed by a large number of sports injuries. Most sports injuries are caused by incorrect and insufficient preparation activities, resulting in poor muscle flexibility, limited joint movement angle and poor balance ability, resulting in low degree of action completion. In sports,it is prone to physical instability and imbalance,so injuries such as fall, sprain and strain will attack suddenly. Therefore, improving the balance ability of sports people before exercise can not be ignored. When the human body’s balance is disturbed and disturbed, the lower limb muscles of the human body first respond accordingly, which explains the importance of lower limb flexibility and stability. The flexibility and stability of lower limbs play an important role in maintaining body posture and completing various movements. The purpose of this study is to analyze and demonstrate the impact of changes in hip flexibility and stability on College Students’ real-time balance ability.Through the Y balance tester and static balance force measuring platform, the dynamic balance ability and static balance ability of the experimental subjects before and after the experimental intervention are evaluated, which provides a theoretical basis for the sports population to improve the balance ability during exercise and reduce the risk of sports injury, and provides a practical basis for formulating the action scheme of stretching and activating each muscle group of hip joint during pre exercise preparation activities.Using the methods of literature, experiment and mathematical statistics,60 college boys were randomly divided into three groups.1.Flexible group : only change the flexibility of hip joint(20 people);2.Stable group: only change the stability of hip joint(20 people);3.Flexibility and stability complex group: change the flexibility and stability of hip joint(20 people).First test and record the dynamic balance ability and static balance ability test index data of the subjects before the experiment. Then the subjects underwent stretching intervention and activation intervention, and immediately tested the dynamic balance ability and static balance ability again, and collected the static balance ability index data and dynamic balance ability index data after the experimental intervention.Using the method of mathematical statistics, this paper makes a statistical analysis on the data measured by the relevant tests of the experiment.Using one-way ANOVA to compare and analyze the relevant index data measured before the experimental intervention, there is no significant difference, which can prove that the selected subjects are homogeneous; The relevant index data measured before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed by paired sample t-test;The relevant index data measured by each group after the experiment are compared and analyzed by one-way ANOVA.By analyzing the relevant test index data,we can find out the practice methods to improve the real-time balance ability. The experimental results are as follows:(1)static balance ability: through the comparative analysis of the index data of static balance ability before and after the experiment, there is no significant difference in the experimental data of flexible group, stable group and flexible and stable compound group.Through the comparative analysis of the relevant index data of each group after the experiment, there was no significant difference between the groups.(2)Dynamic balance ability: through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment in the flexible group, there is a significant difference in the data in the rear and outer directions when only the right foot is supported(P = 0.014).Although there is a small increase in the front and rear outside, there is no significant difference. When the left foot is supported, there is a small increase in the front, rear inside and rear outside, but there is no significant difference.Through the comparative analysis of the data before and after the experiment in the stable group, there was no significant difference in the front data when the right foot was supported, but there were significant differences in the rear inner and rear outer data; There was no significant difference between the front and rear left feet. The data of the flexible and stable compound group before and after the experiment were compared and analyzed. When the right foot was supported, the front, rear inner and rear outer data had significant differences, among which the rear inner and rear outer data had very significant differences; When supporting the left foot, the data of front, rear inner and rear outer side have significant differences, among which the data of rear inner and rear outer side have very significant differences.Through the comparative analysis of the three groups of experimental data after the experiment, when the right foot is supported, the data of the flexible and stable composite group have significant differences in the standardized indexes of dynamic balance ability in all directions compared with the flexible group and the stable group, among which the posterior inner and posterior outer data indexes have very significant differences; When the left foot is supported, the data of the flexible and stable composite group have very significant differences in the standardized indexes of dynamic balance ability in all directions compared with the flexible group and the stable group.Research conclusion:(1)Hip joint flexibility exercise failed to improve the male college students’ instant static balance ability; The instant dynamic balance ability of male college students is improved slightly.(2)Hip joint stability exercise failed to improve the instant static balance ability of male college students; The test results of male college students’ instant dynamic balance ability after the test were improved, and then their instant dynamic balance ability was greatly improved.(3)The flexible and stable composite exercise of hip joint failed to improve the instant static balance ability of male college students; The instant dynamic balance ability of male college students has been greatly improved.(4)Through the comparison of three groups of experimental interventions, the effect of hip joint flexible and stable composite exercise on college students’ real-time dynamic balance ability is better than that of individual flexibility exercise and individual stability exercise. |
