Research On The Improvement Of Peer Communication Ability Of Rural Left-behind Children Involved In Group Work

With the progress and development of society,the economic development is also progressing,the rural labor force gradually flows into the city,their children are confined to the countryside because of many aspects,forced to become left-behind children,The scale of left-behind children is expanding,and the problem of left-behind children has been emerging.The author mainly uses the group work method to enhance the rural left-behind children’s peer communication ability,this research object is the S village left-behind children in Chongqing,on the basis of the field investigation,the reasonable use of scale evaluation method and interview method to analyze the current situation of S village left-behind children’s peer communication,after investigation,S village left-behind children have the problems of lack of initiative of peer communication,lack of language and non-verbal communication ability,more obstacles to peer communication activities,lack of pro-social behavior ability and so on.In view of these problems,the author further analyzes the influencing factors,The main contents of daily activities are single,lack of parent-child companionship,low social and economic status of the family,and no intergenerational education Based on this,the author selected 8 S villages to carry out group activities on peer communication ability of left-behind children.According to the needs analysis,eight group activities were designed.To help group members improve their peer communication ability by enhancing peer communication initiative,language and non-verbal expression,overcoming peer communication barriers and fostering pro-social behavior.Using the scale to carry on the post-test to the group member,compared with the pre-test to analyze the evaluation group effect,finally,carries on the summary and the reflection to this research.
