With the rapid development of China's society and economy,the gap between the rich and the poor among urban residents is increasingly large and some families need to rely on the government's subsistence allowance to maintain their lives.Although the subsistence allowance can alleviate the economic pressure of subsistence allowance families to some extent,it is difficult to meet the diversified needs of subsistence allowance families in the long run.As the indirect influence of low-income families,the issue of low-income children is also widely concerned by all sectors of society.In the socialization development of children,the friendly communication with peers is very important to the socialization development of them.Children from families with subsistence allowance are sensitive in heart,self-denial,afraid to communicate actively in making friends,unwilling to communicate and unable to communicate.Therefore,it is particularly important to help children from families with subsistence allowance to improve their ability of peer communication and establish friendly peer relationship for the healthy development of socialization of children from families with subsistence allowance.This study is based on the L community in Lanzhou and the low-income families children L community are the research object,via questionnaire investigation,observation and semi-structured interviews to understand the low income family children in peer interaction problems.In view of the problems of low income family children who did not dare to take the initiative to contact and lack of communication skills,we use group working methods,according to the Looking-glass self theory,Strength Perspective theory and Social Learning theory as the theoretical guidance,carrying out to "friends go life" as the theme of the team activities to help low-income families children in L community enhance peer communication abilities and establishment of friendly peer relationship.After the activity,the author evaluated the effectiveness of the group activity by means of interview,before and after measurement,satisfaction survey and other methods,and drew the following conclusions :(1)the group work method has a significant effect on the improvement of peer communication ability of children from low-income families;(2)the complementarity of theories has a significant effect on group activities;(3)the sharing summary after group activities is conducive to refining and presenting the effect of group activities.Finally,based on the summary and reflection of this study,the author gives some suggestions for the group work to improve the peer communication ability of children from low-income families.Firstly,The government should play functions and increase policy support for poor families.Secondly,family and schools should play a role on the peer communication of low-income families children.Thirdly,we should give full play to the power of community and social resources.Fourthly,social workers should constantly improve their professional skills,such as fully link resources and enhance their service capacity.
