The Study On College Students’ Integrity Education From The Perspective Of The Cultivation Of Virtue

University students are builders and successors of the socialism with Chinese characteristics,and they are the main army in the construction of society and economy in future.Whether their thinking and behavior are clean and honest determines the overall integrity of our country’s future society.Helping they cultivate clean-fingered quality in school-days,not only can help them have a wonderful life,but also effectively curb the spread of corruption in our society.However,college students are living in an increasingly complex social environment,influenced by negative factors in the political,economic,cultural,and cyber areas,especially some domestic universities are still lurking with some unclean factors,for example enrollment corruption,infrastructure corruption,academic corruption and so on.,which make some college students have lost their integrity.Under such a circumstance,need to further develop college students’ integrity education.However,some universities have some deviations and misunderstandings in the course of carrying out clean education,failing to be student-oriented and ignoring students’ status of subjective moral,so the the effect of education is not well.Therefore,the purpose of this article is to actively explore the best ways to solve the problem of college students’ integrity education,taking the cultivation of virtue as the goal of education,emphasizing the shaping of students’ character,hoping them to cultivate clean-fingered virtue through the promotion of integrity awareness,the edification of honest feelings,the temperament of willpower,and the practice of honest behavior.The main content of this article consists of five parts.The first part mainly defines the related concepts of virtue and honesty,and analyzes the goals,characteristics,and significance of the integrity education in the orientation of virtues;The second part focuses on the analysis of the theoretical basis and referential thoughts;The third part mainly elaborates the internal and external factors which can facilitate the cultivation of clean-fingered quality;The fourth part mainly analyzes the predicaments of the current college students’ integrity education;The fifth part focuses on the analysis of the concept of college students’ integrity education in the perspective from the cultivation of virtue.Through the discussion of these five parts,the thesis has formed these basic viewpoints: virtue is an intrinsic and stable quality of man,the cultivation of virtue based on cultivation and development.Honesty is the unity of socialist civil morality standard and individual excellent moral quality;The goal of college students’ integrity education in the development of virtue orientation is to cultivate and develop the clean-fingered quality,which is characterized by orientation,level,gradualness,practicality and openness;To develop college students’ honest education under the direction of development of morality,it is necessary to take the cultivation of virtue theory of Marxism as the theoretical basis,and draw lessons from the ideas of the cultivation of virtues in both China and the West;The cultivation and development of honesty quality requires integrity culture,honest education and social practice,also requires the internal factors of college students,for example,their integrity awareness,honest feelings,willpower and honest behavior.In order to effectively solve the predicaments of the college students’ integrity education,we must take the cultivation of quality as the goal,follow the principles of subjectivity,imperceptibility,and gradualism and shape college students’ integrity awareness,honest feelings,willpower and behavior by education,college students’ practice and environmental nourishment.
