The Studying Of University Students' Community Management Based On GIS

With the rapid development of administration of colleges & universities and informational technology. As a part of "the digital earth", the research of "digital campus" is becoming increasingly deep into our society and the reform of rear-service in colleges and universities is promoted constantly. At present, the college student communinty management system also happened a qualitative challenge, which require us to continously carry out something new based on the original management mode. The university students' community based on GIS not only can satisfy and enrich the application requirement of digital campus, but also can provide reliable foundation of development forecast,decision programming and scientific management for high school students, which makes ideology and culture construction to get enough attention.As a new generation platform UI framework and developing part of GIS, MapGIS K9, contains extra largely basic software platform of distributed geographical information system which facing internet and centralized developing platform of date center. MapGIS K9 changes the traditional operating mode. It achieves the distributed architecture of longitudinal bond and horizontal grid. So the users can use GIS remotely and share the study of space information resources. MapGIS K9 has the characteristics of cross-platform and dismountable, as can achieve visible development with zero programming,artful combination and easy to build. It shorten the development cycle saving development costs improve work efficiency for users in the second development, and maks the emphasis on developing the technical details from the traditional development mode to the new generation development model.This paper is studied from the basic idea of digital earth firstly,and makes systematic discuss to the dynamic development at home and abroad and the long standing issue of digital student community; then conduct a detailed analysis to the definition,characteristic and structure of digital student community, and then the detailed investigation and comparison to the current platform software is maked. This paper is focused on designing the system,database and function of digital student community. Finally the college student community management system based on GIS is established and the results of system is demonstrated.
