| On November 5,2015,our country put forward to promote the world first-class university and the first-class discipline construction plan-"push forward the world first-class university and the first-class discipline construction overall plan"(hereinafter referred to as the "scheme"),one of project construction tasks is to cultivate high-quality innovative talents,the task is not only for the undergraduate students in colleges and universities,but also for all colleges and universities graduate student.In June 2019,the general offices of the CPC Central Committee and the State Council issued the Opinions on Further Promoting the Spirit of Scientists and Strengthening the Work Style and Study Style(hereinafter referred to as the Opinions),which proposed to improve the work style and study style and create a clean and clean environment for scientific research.In February 2018,the Department of Education of Liaoning Province announced the results of the dynamic adjustment of the construction projects of first-class disciplines in institutions of higher learning in Liaoning Province,indicating that the discipline of education in S University is A first-class discipline in the province.In order to understand the current study style of Master of Education graduates in the first-class provincial discipline of S University,this study compiled a self-made questionnaire "Study Style Questionnaire of Master of Education graduates in S University" on the basis of sorting out relevant domestic and foreign literatures and defining the concepts.By S university full-time academic master’s graduate students education as respondents,to issue and recovery of the questionnaire,and questionnaire to make use of SPSS 23.0 descriptive analysis,variance analysis,correlation analysis and factor analysis,etc.,at the same time to master’s graduate education at the university of S mentors,teachers,counselors and students in the interview,The following conclusions are drawn:First,the overall study style of the postgraduate students in the first-class discipline of education in S University is above the average level.In terms of demographic variables,there are significant differences in the dimensions of graduate study style between different ages and different majors.In the correlation analysis under demographic variables,the variables of major learned were positively correlated with the dimensions of learning behavior,but not with other dimensions.Second,there is a significant correlation between the four influencing factors of the postgraduate study style of the first-class discipline of education in S University and the postgraduate study style.Thirdly,through analysis,this study finds that the existing problems of the current study style of Master of Education graduates in the first-class discipline of S University are not clear enough and the learning purpose is self-centered.Learning attitude is not correct enough,learning interest is not strong enough;Lack of innovative thinking,learning behavior needs to be improved;Learning discipline is not strict enough,academic integrity needs to be improved.In view of the problems in the style of study from the graduate group itself,school,teachers,family and social aspects combined with the interview results to analyze the reasons,put forward that the graduate students should establish moral consciousness,cultivate innovation consciousness and establish the correct learning values;The school should improve the school facilities,implement the relevant rules and regulations;Teachers should enrich their teaching methods and enhance the communication with students;At the family level,we should attach importance to the education mode and create a good family style.The society should strengthen the cooperation between school and enterprise,and reasonably establish the network supervision mechanism and other corresponding improvement measures. |
