| Talent is the base of the state,education is the parent of the state,for the master’s graduate students education training mode to improve research,relying on the current social development situation in our country,the connotation of the combination of graduate student training mode and education discipline development characteristic,is committed to cultivate creative ability and practical skills as the pedagogy of high-level personnel,It is of great significance to promote the strong development of education in China.At present,during the construction of "Double First-Class",the state has invested great resources to cultivate outstanding talents with innovative spirit and innovative ability,so as to provide new wisdom and new plans for the development of China’s education.This study takes the training mode of Master of Education graduates as the research object and provincial higher normal colleges as the research focus.It mainly investigates and studies the academic Master of Education graduates of H Normal University.Have a general understanding of the current status of training,and then analyze the problems from the training objectives,curriculum setting,teaching methods,academic research and evaluation system,and find that there are several problems at present: There are many problems,such as vague orientation of training,lack of practicality and frontier of course content,lack of discussion teaching mode,low coverage of subjects and projects,lack of students’ scientific research consciousness and quality evaluation to be improved.In view of these problems,combined with investigation and analysis and literature reading,this paper analyzes the causes from three levels,namely,the level of educational administrative departments,schools and students,and puts forward improvement strategies,hoping to improve the overall training mode of pedagogy graduate students and improve the training quality.Suggestions include: education administration: give provincial normal colleges proper autonomy,timely communication between colleges and employment market;The school level includes: after the mid-term examination,the education practice and the scientific research should be divided and cultivated,the university should build a strong support system,the curriculum should be more practical and cutting-edge,the teacher skills training courses should be set up appropriately,the comprehensive and scientific evaluation system should be established,and the high-quality and energetic teacher team should be built.At the level of students,the following measures should be taken:formulating short-term and long-term professional learning plans,establishing awareness of problems in the field of education and interest in scientific research,etc.The author hopes to provide some suggestions and reflections on the quality of the postgraduate training of pedagogy major in provincial normal colleges. |
